What a life saver! I had a clogged main sewer line and hadn’t noticed until the water backed up a day before Christmas Eve! I called several places and only got answering machines and no one ever called back. I called Gary and he squeezed me in the same day! Turns out I had roots in my main line and he hydro jetted them out in no time! Very informative as well, answered my questions. I cannot say enough on how grateful I am and I recommend over and over! Definitely will be calling him again for my future plumbing needs!

I have an old sewer line very prone to root problems. I decided I to do a maintenance clean out before I had another back-up.

I compared several rooting services on Yelp and picked Gary’s Rooter and he proved to be GREAT.!

He answered his own phone and from my description, he gave me a bid that he kept to. We made an appointment which he confirmed in my text with the bid. On the day I texted him that I was off site, so he dutifully kept in contact on his way so I could meet him there. He showed up on time, layed down floor matts and put a shield on the rooter to prevent liquid from spinning onto the plastic grass yard.

His work was done professionally and transparently. He allowed me to watch the video screen as he explained the issues, what he was doing to address them and why. He pointed out problems due to age and prior attempts at maintenance that were lacking and suggested several interesting long-term solutions.

I need to forgo those for the moment, but now I have an incredibly clean sewer line from my 1930s house out to the join with the city sewer. There Gary used a hydro-jet and eliminated a huge root that grown to cover almost a third of the pipe after being ignored by prior clean out companies. (The return the next day with the hydro jet was extra, but I had pointedly requested the Blade Rooter so I have no problem with that. It was fair.)

I highly recommend Garys Rooter and will have him back again in a year for another clean out (using the hydro jet from the get go).

Gary is a great plumber. He is responsible, honest and goes the extra mile. All plumbing services are available with him. My house was re-piped, replacing the old cast-iron drains with new ABS piping. The price was very reasonable and the job was completed in a few days. I highly recommend Gary's service.

I had a long night last night battling what I at first thought was a clogged toilet, but turned out to be roots in the main line at the street. I called Gary first thing in the morning and he was there with in 30 minutes getting to work, jetting the line, and saving the day. Thank you Gary!

I’m extremely happy with Gary’s Rooter & Hydrojetting. I called him after going through other rooter companies that were far from honest. As an elderly person I am targeted a lot. But Gary gave me a fair price (less than half of one crooked company) and didn’t lie and say I needed to replace my sewer line like another did. He gave me a guarantee on his work and was very pleasant and polite. And without being asked he cleaned up all of the overflow from the back up and disposed of it for me. Really above and beyond. I was not expecting such a kindness. I would recommend him for his fair pricing and superior work ethic.

Gary and his crew came out on short notice to do a sewer scope camera inspection from the house to the city line. They were great!
Highly recommend.

There were some roots and blockages and they did a very clear job of explaining the issues and next step options.

They also took the extra time to point out where the pipe traveled through the yard which is SUPER helpful because we’re on a hillside and are going to need to do some landscaping that could make repairs more complicated.

Gary does great work for a great price! My sewer was backing up and I got a very high quote from another company to do hydrojetting. I called Gary and he gave a much more reasonable price (literally 7x cheaper). They did a thorough job. All the roots were cleaned out and the pipes looked brand new. I like getting to see the before and after video.

Gary is honest and doesn't recommend big expensive fixes if he knows they will just break down over 5 years. I've had a great experience with him and highly recommend.

If I could give him 10 stars I would. Fixed a sewer issue at my house for $600 that another plumber wanted $3700 for. Incredible service and professionalism and fixed the problem in one visit on the spot.

Gary’s Rooter and Hydro Jetting was amazing! I came home from work to find all my plumbing backed up. I called Gary, at the end of his day, and he was at my house in 15 minutes. He did the hydro jet and unclogged everything quickly. He even gave me a usb drive with video so that I can use it for a rebate. I’ve never had such a good, easy plumbing experience . Easy five stars. Great prices too!

Gary helped me out quickly. He really knows plumbing! My pipes were difficult to unclog, but he did it. He ran a camera to try to understand why they were difficult to unclog. He had me sit and watch the camera and explained what we were seeing so now I understand the problem too. He did not try to upsell me on anything but was honest and helpful and gave a fair price. I hope I don’t have a plumbing problem for a while, but if I do I will call this company again!

I cannot say enough positive things about Gary and his service.

We called him Thursday afternoon, a day before Friday July 4.

Gary was working when we called, asked us to describe the problem.

We told him we had noticed our house drains were running slow, we suspected two problems: a main sewer line blockage (where we get roots every couple of years) as well as a blockage we sometimes get under part of the house. And.. we had guests arriving on the weekend.

Gary quoted me a price for the work and said he would call back in two hours when he could look at his schedule. He called back sooner, scheduled a time window for the next morning, July 4.

He and a colleague showed up as promised. They worked for two hours, with cameras and hydrojet and blade/root-cutter. The house and its mainly cast iron pipes are nearly 100 years old and the (much more laborious) blade-cutter is safer in some areas.

They found and cleared the two problems we suspected and a third one we didn’t know anything about. We saw everything on Gary’s camera, both when he was diagnosing and after the issues had been resolved. Pipes clean as a whistle.

He could not have been more fair on pricing. I know that the price he quoted me the day before was normal for the service AND for regular working hours, not a holiday. When he arrived he said he knew we had guests coming and wanted to clear the problems in time, so he came on July 4. The third unanticipated problem they found, I asked if he would like to come back another day. He said no, they would clear it while they were there and would not charge extra.

Makes a wonderful change from the too-often-seen upsell that we know happens.

But more than that, the precision, efficiency and transparency with which he works are refreshing and inspire confidence.

This was the first time we called on Gary and his services and he has won a client forever.
