Comfort Zone was referred to us by friends who had a great experience with them. We are just as pleased with the friendly and expert service. They dealt with some unexpected problems and charged only the originally agreed price. We highly recommend them.

Raymond and Comfort Zone were a dream to work with. Got us right on their schedule, showed up on time, completed the work efficiently and Raymond was very polite and professional. Will definitely use them again.

I used Comfort Zone in 2016 for a hvac install and maintenance ever since. (The last one was for a capacitor replacement last week) Always professional and great communication. Steve is a fantastic technician.

Raymond was amazing! He was efficient and friendly when fixing my furnace! He cleaned and tested my furnace and added a new detector and tested my old detectors. Also gave safety tips about furniture that may have been too close! Made my home feel 100x safer!

I've had Comfort Zone do all my Heating/AC work. I've never had a bad experience. Always attentive, responsive, on time or, even early sometimes, professional. Ashley is great on the phones (that's usually who I speak with). Jim has helped me a number of times on site the most - He's professional, knows what he's doing and he's informative. I have used Comfort Zone at both of my houses for many years and would be hard pressed to use anyone else. Steve is honest, conscientious and does very professional work. In fact, both of my houses have older units from the 80's and should have been replaced, but he keeps them going for me by using his great skills. He is exactly what you truly hope for when you need HVAC help.

From the moment he arrived, Jim was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly assess my system, and patiently explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand.

It's always nice to have someone that knows there job inside and out. Jim was that person he had direct answers to my questions. Very personable and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

We chose Comfort Zone to install a new Trane heating and AC unit for our home. They were a pleasure to work with. Steve and his team are so clean, organized, punctual and professional. They were respectful of our home and our time. They worked neatly by covering the floors they walked on, picking up all the trash & extra parts each day before they left. They installed with care, as if it were going into their own home. The work was very neat. My husband is a perfectionist and Comfort Zone did not disappoint! They responded quickly to questions we had after install as well. Overall, it was a great experience for a high end purchase! We highly recommend giving them a call.
The unit itself, is so quiet and efficient we love it.

Steve is our go to guy when our A/C is in need or repair. Of course, it seems to go out during the heat when he is getting lots of calls but he was here with a smile the day after I called. Excellent service!! There are’t enough stars to properly rate him.
