AR4 it’s a great company for residential construction and remodeling as well as general construction projects. Antonio is excellent with job management and skilled in the various spaces of construction. He also has a wide range of subcontractors that work with him and provide the quality level of work that he is known for. You can trust this company to be reliable and efficient. I highly recommend them.

We give Tony the highest marks possible for a general contractor. He replaced a large, wooden sliding glass door on the second floor of our 100 year old Spanish style house, replaced rotted wood around a window on the second floor, repaired a leaking wall above a window on the second floor and installed awnings over windows on the first floor. He painted the area around the work, inside and out, so that there was no evidence that any changes to the house had been made.
All the work was done to code, and the Beverly Hills inspectors said the work was very well done.
He is a true Renaissance Man, able to replace, repair or construct anything. He brought assistants and whatever equipment (including scaffolding) was needed. He always texted to let us know his schedule. His estimates were thorough and easy to understand. If there were extra fees required because of unforeseen circumstances (which frequently happens when walls are opened) he explained them and submitted written change orders for work that was agreed upon.
If we need any work done in the future we will definitely contact Tony. We have worked with many contractors previously and none have been as professional, competent or courteous as he is. Four aces and five stars for Tony.

I’m forever thankful to have come across AR4 Construction having using his services for over 25 years for projects around the home. Anthony the contractor/owner extremely professional and has always listened to our needs and wants for the projects, that him along with his crew have completed throughout the house. He goes above and beyond and delivers each and every single time. He manages to complete the projects in a timely manner and he also stays within our budget. His attention to detail and professionalism can’t be beat, and whatever you have in mind he will make sure he brings your vision to life. He is the reason we look no where else for any minor or major projects needed around the house. Wish it were possible to give him more than 5 stars because of his great work!

Tony from A4R Construction did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel. I had a leak under the concrete and he handled the entire project-demo, framing, new shower and the drywall repairs.
He also brought in great subcontractors to handle the plumbing and electrical work and everything was coordinated seamlessly.
Everything was done on time and the quality was excellent.
I would definitely recommend him.
