Every year we'd have to have an AC person come out to look at our unit around fourth of July. Every year we were told "I just have to top you off with freon, but you have a small leak somewhere. It'll be cheaper for me to top you off than take apart the unit to find the leak." This year we called Albert who actually took the time to give us an honest opinion (he used nitrogen to test the backpressure in our unit, and found out there was actually no leak), AND took the time to see that our motor was wired into the "low" state (for no apparent reason). While he waited for a proprietary part to come in, he stayed in touch and never missed a beat. He didn't hold us responsible for the cost of the unused part and charged us a fair price for the labor and materials.
While I don't hope to have to call an AC guy back anytime soon, if I do, I know it would be Albert. He is the kind of vendor that makes you never want to relocate because you found the best and can trash the rest!

After being told that my unit was non-repairable, i was recommended to DT by my cousin. I called after 3 days of no AC at 100 degrees and was serviced SAME DAY. Albert was honest, thorough and made me feel comfortable. He found a couple of things that were bad but NOT THE UNIT. My AC was blasting cool COLD air within an hour. I cannot be more pleased with the level of expertise, professionalism and honesty that he provided. Give that guy a raise!!!

Temps hit 112 degrees. Of course, the AC decides to go kaput. Called DT. Albert managed to squeeze me in at the end of the day. He identified the worn out part, replaced it and we back to cooling down the house ASAP. Price was about what I expected. A most satisfactory experience.

Very knowledgeable and efficient air cond repairs, highly recommended. Albert and Isaac came out on a Saturday within a couple hours of when I first called. I have a really old system and was stressing because most companies I called had no idea what to do with it. These two took one look and knew exactly what it was and how to fix it. They fixed it promptly and I have a nice cool house again. I appreciate the depth of knowledge and honest explanations from this company. intend to work with them in the future to replace this dinosaur of a system and hopefully join the modern age.

Albert did a great job inspecting and cleaning my AC unit of my business. He gave recommendations to get better circulation and air flow as well as what I can do to keep the power costs down during summer that I was totally unaware of. Great service and prices. Thanks again!

Cannot say enough good things about DT heating and cooling. Great communication for arrival time, went above and beyond explaining the issue so even I could understand. Gave me multiple options for repair. Very professional, very responsive. Won't hesitate to call again if I ever need any work in the future.

Al DT and the DTH&C team did an excellent job on the furnace replacement, and demonstrated true professionalism working with us as well as inspectors and other tradesmen. I will definitely call DT Heating and Cooling again should I need future HVAC work performed.

DT did an excellent job on our AC system. It quit yesterday (and it was at least 98deg F outside), and Albert was able to get there next day to fix the problem. Can’t thank him enough!
