Thank you so much!! Carlos was extremely fast responding, and he saved me from canceling my rental booking. I smelled gas, called gas company, and they shut the gas off immediately because the water heater leaked extreme amount of gas, like an open line. It was old, and mickey moused job on top of it, so Carlos recommended installing a new one. His workers did it right away!! And we are talking about Friday evening! They came so quick, I was very happy!!

Earlier this May our plans got approved to build an ADU to the back of our property to use as a rental unit on AirBnB. We needed a lot to do and one of it was the plumbing work. Called up a bunch of plumbing services in the area and ultimately decided to work with Roy’s Plumbing! Roy has a fantastic team that I met, Jesus & Carlos! They helped getting out sewer main line attached all the way back to where the ADU is and helped with all the gas installations I needed for it to be fully functional. They got the job done and I couldn’t be more happier. THANK YOU

I recently had the pleasure of using this plumbing service and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Big shoutout to Roy!!! We have been having issues with our main sewer line to the street. We had several sewer companies come take a look. By far Roy stood out the most. He gave us a great quote to do the job. So we went with him. His team is amazing, clean and no issues. They communicated very well. I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys.

Roy’s Plumbing did a terrific job repairing and replacing our damaged area drains. We had severely clogged area drains in our backyard. The team came out and dug up 100 feet of old pipe, replaced it with new pipe and drains, and hooked up our rain gutters as a bonus! They did it all in two days and you can't even tell anything was done. Amazing. Best of all, they did it for about 40% less than the other (big plumbing) company was going to charge. We could not be happier.

Roy’s service lived up to the great expectations. He was fast, efficient and took care of the emergency toilet issue we faced at the office this morning. Even though he was busy when we reached out, he was still communicative and transparent. Despite the short notice, he squeezed us in and saved the day at the office! I will be referring friends and family to him! He has fair and transparent pricing and is professional and quick!

I had a plumbing emergency with a flooded garage and needed immediate help. Roy’s plumbing came to the rescue by taking a last minute call and sending out a very professional and hard-working team. They quickly addressed and fixed the water heater issue, efficiently pumped out all the water and ensured everything was dry and no mold left behind. The plumbers were respectful throughout the process, working diligently to resolve the problem. I am thoroughly impressed with their service and would highly recommend Roy’s Plumbing to others for their prompt and effective solutions.

We had a broken shower valve that left us without hot water, and my attempt to replace the shower stems didn’t fix the issue. My wife was not happy, and we needed help fast! I reached out to Roy, and he responded immediately, assuring me his team could take care of it.

We had an emergency plumbing issue at our home over the weekend, and they responded incredibly fast despite the after-hours call. The problem was fixed quickly, including a clogged sewer, and the service quality was excellent. I’m very satisfied with their work and would easily recommend them as one of the best plumbing companies in Los Angeles.

Roy’s Plumbing did an absolutely outstanding job — truly above and beyond. I’m a renter and the homeowner was the one paying for the service, but the plumbers still took the time to help me with things they didn’t have to. They didn’t want to fix the garbage disposal originally, but Julian and his partner checked it anyway, plugged it back in, and made sure the wiring was safe — all at no extra charge. As someone who is four months pregnant, I really appreciated their kindness.

They were also able to snake the drain without removing the toilet, which was another huge relief. These guys were honest, efficient, communicative, and genuinely good people. You can tell they care about their work and their customers.
