Precision Electric is the best service provider I've ever worked with! Great upfront communication, on-time arrivals, excellent technicians with top notch customer service skills in addition to their technical abilities, painless billing/payment, what's not to like?

I had a house main panel that needed to be replaced. Yancy came and quoted a reasonable rate. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. Josh came and finished the job within a day with a helper at hand. He was personable and professional, brought a generator to keep my fridge running, and did an excellent and clean job. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend this company to anybody.

The team arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed everything quite quickly. In fact, found another problem and was able to fix it as well as a preventative maintenance item. They answered all of my questions, explained what they were doing and why; leaving me feeling good about ny decision to use Precision Electric. Recommend to anyone with an electrical problem.

I had a major issue with my Generac whole home generator after attempting to do the annual maintenance myself. I had overfilled it with too much oil. I called Precision Electric and explained what had happened. They came to my rescue, cleaned up my mess, and got my Generac running perfectly again. I am forever grateful to them. Excellent service. We had appointment with Precision Electric to replace our main fuse box outside. They coordinated with PG and E, and County Dept. for approval. Easy, no worries experience… We had the awesome electrician, Josh here, again (and his capable co-worker) so we expected excellent, competent service and we got it! They went above and beyond making sure we had ducks in a row for the county approval process for the day of. Another happy customer, another happy transaction…

A first time customer in need of help asap with circuit breaker tripping. Chris was assigned to come to my house the same day and do an easy fix it, replacing an old circuit breaker, thus enabling me to have internet and land line restored for use. Happy camper here!!!

I grew tired of power outages here year after year. I finally decided I needed to get a Genrac generator. I got 2 bids. Precision Electric's bid was a few thousand less than the other bid and they did an AMAZING job all the way thru including even minor details like the clean up at the end. Brad was very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. He checked every function of our older liquid cooled Generac generator. He explained what parts were needed and why our battery needed to be replaced. It was 7 years old and definitely past its 6 year life expectancy. We highly recommend Brad and Precision Electric. Our generator is now running smooth and much quieter!

Precision Electric installed our generator in 2020 and we have called on them for maintenance service since then. Recently, we found that three of the Smart Management Modules had malfunctioning circuit boards, causing our air conditioning to stop working. The technician, Darin, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the circuit boards, restoring service.

Electrician Josh was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and communicated what was needed. I could not have been more pleased. Office staff was also very efficient.
