I've used GV Air Conditioning when needed for many years. They are very down-to-earth, clear in communications, and professional.

Service call on 6/18/21 confirmed compressor motor failed. Service Tech, Ryan, said they would order it and hopefully part wouldn’t be delayed . Motor ordered and was receive by them on 6/24/21. Service crew , Omid, was dispatched on 6/25/21 and installed motor…. up and running within minutes. Had complete service done on both AC systems and very impressed this individual. Both Ryan and Omid were courteous, knowledgeable, great at explaining situation and through……a reliable service organization.

We received a quick response for a quote that was very competitive, and the job was booked at a time to meet our convenience.
The workmen arrived at the specified time and set to work, there was no hanging around as the old trunking and equipment was stripped out and the new replaced. Inside and outside of the house was kept clean and tidy when they left at the end of the day, all the men were were congenial and respectful at all times. It was only a two day job and on completion not a thing was out of place, the whole system was checked, new parts installed and fully explained. What a great company. I called and said my heater wasn't working and literally 10 minutes later Kevin was at my property to service our heater. Very professional, very quick, tidy and most importantly an hour after I called to schedule service I had heat! I was so amazed by the company and will definitely reccomend them to anyone in need of service.

we have had GV air conditioning out for both installation of a new unit and service work on an older unit and all of their work has been stellar. Their team are all around professionals and are a pleasure to work with. They were able to schedule promptly for service and regularly provided updates while we were waiting for ordered equipment to arrive. When it comes to the onsite work their technicians are knowledgeable and communicate well during the process. The job is done expertly and they leave the site tidy when they are done. im so glad we calles GV air conditioning when we were looking for an HVAC company. They will get all our HVAC business!

Never had to call an HVAC company before but my experience with GVAC was a good one. They came out nearly In December to swap the control board on my 20 year old furnace. Colin was my tech and he was patient while I asked about the pros and cons of replacing vs repairing. I didn't feel like I being upsold or convinced to make a decision either way. I opted to simply replace the control board. I am guessing I paid slightly more than average cost for the job but I felt comfortable with it being a long time local contractor and wasn't disappointed.

2 months later, I noticed my fan wouldn't work in fan only mode due to an installation error. No questions asked, Colin came back out and had me up and running next day free of charge under their 1 year (I think) warranty.

I was pleased with the company's response time, communication, and professionalism. Thanks Colin and team!
