I recently acquired a carpet cleaning service from H & I Carpets and I am impressed with this company. The fellow was prompt,polite and took great care in moving equipment around the house -no bashing or banging things. Very well trained. Good service and quick response time!!!

Two weeks ago, I made an appointment with H&I to get my carpets cleaned. I was told a technician would arrive today between 12 and 2. I waited around, but no one showed up. After waiting for several hours, I called to see what was going on and was told I'd receive a call back with an update in 5 minutes. I did not receive a call back so I called again 15 minutes later. I was told that they could not contact the technician and that they were canceling the appointment. Enormous waste of my time.
