It is a great business. Very professional.

I live in Texas, but I’ve used Drain Hero several times for plumbing work at my mother’s home in Hawthorne—and every time, he’s been absolutely top-notch. He picks up the phone day or night, sets a clear appointment time, and actually shows up within the promised window. That alone is rare these days. He's always clean, tidy, wears shoe covers (which I really appreciate), and treats the home with respect.

He charges a fair price, does excellent work, and takes the time to explain everything clearly so I understand it—even from out of state. He also speaks Spanish, which is incredibly helpful for my mom. After the job is done, he leaves the space clean and always carries himself with kindness and professionalism.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and dependable plumber in the Hawthorne area, I can’t recommend Drain Hero enough. He’s earned our trust time and time again.
