Jose is a true professional, answered my phone call right away, got me on the schedule, came out and fixed my water heater all in 48 hours. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looks for a great, honest plumber.

Jose and his brother helped me solve a Rheem Ikonic tankless water heater issue.

I had a great experience with this company. I called them and asked about their prices, they were the first plumbing company I had contacted that was upfront and transparent with their pricing. They had someone come out that same day to help me with my problem. The person that came was very professional and really tried to solve my issue communicating with me every step of the way before moving forward. Previously I had a different plumbing company Mr. DRAIN come out to unclogg my septic pipe and they didn't unclogg it at all and where trying to charge me $12,000 to supposedly replace some pipes that where broken. Can you imagine the relief I felt when this company actually unclogged my pipes and charged me a fair price and re assured me my pipes where in fact not broken at all. They even suggested calling the city to check the clean out which I did and was part of the problem because when they came out they did a big clean outnof their pipes as well. I never leave reviews and much less this long but I feel the need for people to know how shady plumbing companies can be however this one right here is not they were very honest and amazing at what they do.

Jose has done quality plumbing work at our house on two separate occasions (replace our toilet and garbage disposal). His communication is good, he's trustworthy, and pricing is fair in our experience. We recommend JC Plumbing & Rooter

My water heater kept shutting off on its own, so I called the manufacturer and they assigned JC Plumbing for my case. Jose was prompt to respond and arrived to inspect the next day. He is very knowledgeable and identified the issues right away and called the manufacturer to order the parts. As soon as the parts arrived, he came in on the next day again and fixed the problem. Highly recommend to anyone with water heater/plumbing needs in the area!

JC Plumbing is a great service. I called, he came and he conquered!!!! Best plumbing service I’ve used yet. Very fast and reliable service. My pipes were clogged on Tuesday, by Wednesday, the problem was fixed. Will use again if needed. Great service.

JC Plumbing arrived promptly within the timeframe given. Explained the process and restated cost. I added a couple more items I needed addressed which he was able to complete as well (for cost which was reasonable). My parents have been using JC Plumbing for a while and I’m more than happy they suggested JC Plumbing for my issue.

Jc plumbing and rooter service was amazing from start to finish.The moment I called Jose (the owner)he was ready to assist me, My water heater had stopped working, and it was very upsetting not having any hot water! When I called Jose he knew immediately what was wrong told me which parts I needed and to call him as soon as the parts arrived. Jose was GREAT! He inspected our hot water heater and gave us an estimate on replacing it. Our hot water heater was on its last legs. After much consideration and 3 estimates later we knew Jose was definitely our guy. He arrived early answered all the questions we had. He explained what we should be expecting after the job was done. Jose went above and beyond. He dove right into the job. We couldn't even tell he was here after the job was done. Wonderful service from Jose! We had some faulty parts on a water heater that needed replacement. He came the next day at exactly the time promised, installed them exactly as he said he would, and charged the exact amount he quoted. We'll definitely be using JC Plumbing & Rooter in the future!

I can't say enough great things about Jose! My Noritz tankless water heater stopped working, and after calling multiple companies, they were the only ones willing to listen to my issue instead of immediately pushing for a full replacement.

JC Plumbing is absolutely amazing!!! Jose is the owner - he is very talented and reasonably priced. My sewer pump was running constantly. I called on Monday (Memorial Day), he showed up Tuesday afternoon to investigate the problem, then he showed up on Wednesday morning with the parts. Instead of jumping into jetting the line, he used his camera and checked the line. The line was in great condition, so he replaced a faulty check valve, cleaned the tank, checked the system and was complete in less than one hour. I can't say enough good things about JC Plumbing & Rooter's timeliness, quality of service, and fair pricing! He will be my "go to" plumber for ALL of my plumbing needs in the future! I forgot to mention how prompt Jose was. He told me that he would arrive at 10:00am to perform the repair work, he arrived at 9:55am!
