Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to help me and my family when our A/C went out. Justin was very courteous and kind. After work was complete, he left the area better than I had it. When I called for repair the technician was out here right away. They spent half the day on top of the property and the units runs constantly now. This has resulted in my power bill going from $100 a month to now $350 per month for a two bedroom apartment. They are friendly and eager to work.

Poor customer service Justin the owner is beyond rude. He parked on my front yard. When I asked him to move he got upset. Had attitude the whole time he was working on the AC unit. Come to find out they left screws on my driveway and now in my tires! When I called him to inform him of the screws left he said we don't use screws. Which is funny because it's the same screws they used to put back the panels.
