I needed to get my AC unit repaired for my rental property in Victorville as my tenants were complaining that it was just blowing "room temperature" air. Thought, " darn, it's going to cost me an exorbitant amount to repair.. may even have to replace the unit." So happens I was at the Starbucks off Bear Valley when I saw Taylor Made Air service truck. Went up to the driver who was getting out of his truck and it turns out, he was the owner as well. Greg Taylor.. coolest and most informative person. He was sooo accommodating. Given his very tight schedule, he skipped lunch and accompanied me back to my rental unit to see what the problem was with my AC. He changed out the filter, replaced some parts and did some quick tuning. Unit works like new that my nose began to frost up... GOOD GRACIOUS.. Can't believe the amount he charged me which was absolutely minimal. This company is totally legit...

Great company and very perfessional. They installed all the ducts, registers, lines, vents and units on a new construction 2500 sqft home in 1 1/2 days. One of the best installs I've seen in a long time. Everything was strapped up and no saggy ducts anywhere. They are also very competitive on pricing, good luck trying to find someone cheaper and better then them. They run a tight ship and it shows with how perfessional they are. Great job guys, you deserve it.

I had 3 estimates to fix my air conditioning and everyone told me that I had to buy a new unit then I called Taylor Made Air and there were able to fix my unit for a fraction of the cost!! I'll definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone! Great service , great prices and great people!!!

Our AC stopped working. I was told the system had to be replaced and was quoted a price of 13K to 15K. I called Taylor Made Air for a second quote. Matt and Mark arrived right on time but before giving a quote to replace, they troubleshot the system. Turned out it was the coil. With parts and labor, the total cost was $175.00. Always pays to get a second opinion.

Amazing company. My unit is 24 years old and they came out and fixed everything. A month later the capacitor went out so they came the same day and fixed it and only charged me the price of the part and waived the service charge without me even asking. I used them years ago at my old house and will continue to use this company. Very professional and reliable.

I was quoted a start fee of $700 from another company, that was very pushy. I got a second opinion from Taylor Made Air and ended up paying $179. Thank you for being an honest company, having good customer service, and of course for fixing my AC.

They seem to know their stuff, but very difficult to talk to a person when calling. Or get a response when e-mailed. I appreciate them taking care of a mistake I made at a clients house, but I wish I could talk to someone.

The man named Oscar came to fix my washer I paid almost 70$ he was in and out fast which I thought was a little odd. I tried the wash and still not working, I kept on calling and calling and I’m getting the same answer I’ll be there today and he doesn’t show up, oh I’m waiting on a part. Just getting the run around. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this establishment, save your money don’t get robbed and look else where
