Unprofessional and rude over the phone

The tech who came out seemed more interested in selling a new unit than fixing the issue. He didn’t take time to diagnose, just pushed a replacement quote. I got a second opinion and it only needed a capacitor. Felt like a sales pitch, not a repair visit.

I am beyond frustrated. I paid good money for a repair and the air conditioner stopped working the same night. When I called, they brushed me off and said I would need another appointment. Why should I pay twice for their mistake? This is unacceptable and feels like they do not stand behind their work.
