After the power went out in a major portion of house and during 100 degree heat I called Artisan Electric or help. Luis was quick to respond and after some initial checking found the problem in a sub breaker in the garage. In a matter of minutes the problem was solved and Luis showed me and granddaughter what to do if it should happen again.
His fee was reasonable and he has emergency hours right here in Hidden Valley Lake. I will always call Artesian Electric for any future work and will recommend Luis to anyone need electrical repairs.

Called him during the recent power outage, he told me exactly what I needed for him to set up my generator, and had me running within 3 hrs. Kept communication when he was going to show up Ann's cleaned up after!! He even moved his earlier appointment just to accommodate me.

I called him probably 5 times.
Sent him 4-5 pictures. Everytime it was something else needed to be done.
After 5 days and multiple no shows.

DONT USE HIM. Some people just don’t want to work.
