Had a new heater and new ductwork installed. Everything works flawlessly. Couldn’t be happier. The most honest and professional contractors I’ve used. Pricing was competitive too. Excellent job at explaining all the options. They caught things during the initial visit to create a bid that others didn’t find. The entire team who showed up to do the work was awesome.

Fantastic and prompt service! Justin went above and beyond. The quality of the work and the level of detailed explanation of the issue was truly appreciated.

Justin and his team performed an exceptional job in replacing my 2nd HVAC system, which was over 20 years old and had become unrepairable. This is the second time I have relied on Justin’s services; he assisted me in scheduling a replacement unit a few years prior. The pricing structure was accommodating to my needs, and I would certainly recommend Climate Pros to anyone seeking HVAC services that are necessary.

I moved to San Jose from New York few years ago, took us sometime to get used to life in the west coast, ( there is a big difference between East coast and West coast), but in any event, the weather is beautiful, some nights are wonderful and some nights are cold ;-) the same applies to the days, some days are hot and some days are cold. that's why we have air-conditioning ;-) until it breaks down.

Our problems as consumers start when things break down, If someone is old ( as me and my wife ) our choices sometimes are limited ;-) we depend on someone's honesty and integrity, someone that will do the job right and for the right price.

Well, I called few people to come over and tell me what is going on and what has to be done, those people came, they gave me offers and different things and issues that my equipment needed to be fixed, and they went their happy way,

However there was someone that gave me more than a feeling, he make me feel trust worthiness and that they knew what they were talking about, and they were ready to take care of the problem.

I discussed the issues with my wife of 56 years, ( yes I know long time ) ;-) , and we decided to give them the job, well, that was a good thing for us,

1. Those people were really professionals, they knew what they were talking about and what they were doing

2. By the time we close the deal to do the job, they were another two people that came over with the vans or trucks, what ever you want to call them, THEY INSPECTED THE DAMAGE AGAIN, AND THEY AGREED WITH THE ORIGINAL CREW, they were all in an agreement and we gave the GO AHEAD to do the job.

They were so exited to do the job and make us comfortable again, before we knew what was going on, the new system was here, one group worked to prepare the spot and to place it in the ground, and the other group installed the unit, finally to make it work and my god, everything finished in 3 hours.

I have never seeing people working so fast, so patiently and doing the job with love and with the desire to complete it as good as humanly could be done,

Well the job was done, finished and checked and re-checked so they made sure that was all proper and done to perfection.

I WANT TO SAY IF YOUR COOLING/HEATING SYSTEM IN YOUR HOME NEEDS FIXING, YOU GOT TO CALL THOSE GUYS, THEY ARE THE ONE AND ONLY TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU, THEY LOVE THERE JOB AND THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE

We originally worked with Climate Pros just over a year ago on the recommendation of our contractor to install mini-splits in my new home addition. From the start, Enes's years of experience and knowledge were evident. He and his team were personable and efficient. We were so happy with their work, I referred them to my friends for their remodel.

Climate Pros are unquestionably my go-to for all heating and cooling work, so much so, that I had them install a couple more mini-splits, replace my dryer vent and remove my wall heater!! I look forward to continuing to work with them and continuing to send them even more business.

My furnace and AC system was very old and inefficient. I was looking for a hvac company to replace it. I had three different companies come out to my home. All three companies varied in size. Climate Pros was by far the smallest of the three but I found them to be the most knowledgeable and competent. They presented me with three options that would save me money monthly as well as maximize my comfort which I really liked. As far as pricing they were very competitive. The installation went just as Justin said it would. Justin and Enes kept my house very clean and I just couldn't be happier with my new heating and cooling system.

Justin and Enes were referred to me by my general contractor. Justin came out the same day and gave me an estimate for a full system design and suggested I have my title 24 updated to reflect the changes he suggested. He was very detailed and his price was very fair for the level of quality work and attention he put into my project! I will recommend Climate Pros to everyone.

Enes, Justin and crew did a great job replacing our old AC. I had several companies bid this job. But the HVAC world is confusing and it is difficult to know what to believe, how to compare things, and what's right for you.
