Way overpriced company, if your looking to get bad quality installation for 4x the money there you go.

Just tried calling them for service. Was told the don't work with equipment out of warranty. Was told to look at the manufacturers website. As I was about to respond, the person hung up. He must have been too busy to be polite.

One of there vans just about got me and two other vehicles on the 405 killed, traffic was coming to a stop in the far left lane and instead of being slowed down he jumps into the carpool lane with out looking as we're doing 65-70 mph even though he didn't have a passenger with him. Literally came inches from a collision at 70 mph then apparently must be on his phone as he immediately comes back out of the carpool lane and he's all over the road .

They didn't provide all the freon I paid for. When I questioned the tech he started giving different reasons as to ensure my system was full. I asked him about pricing he stated freon cost $175 a pound. He said my system had a leak without ever checking my system. I have yet to get response from the company. I left two messages regarding my concerns about their worker. I would not recommend this company.

Doug installed a new roof unit to my addition. It is extremely LOUD and shakes my ceilings BAD. (I also have new spray in insulation in my attic) When I addressed it with him, he was very rude and unprofessional and said he can't do anything about it. I had another company come out and they said the insulation was not properly installed... I would stay clear of Air Rite Solutions. Doug lacks any professionalism and fails to back up his work.
