I noticed a slight metallic smell in the air whenever the heater first turned on in the morning. Owen performed a furnace cleaning and found some old dust and debris in the combustion area that was causing the odor. He cleaned the entire unit and also performed an air duct cleaning to remove any lingering dust from the vents. The smell disappeared immediately, and the heat feels much cleaner and more consistent. He was a very professional and knowledgeable technician who did an excellent job. I’m very satisfied with the results and the service.
