Very professional, found the best solution for our heating issue saving us a lot of money. The installers came prepped with floor and stair covering right down to their shoes. Very polite, efficient and friendly.

Based on their great reviews, it understandably took a couple days to get them out. Once out they were clean, efficient, followed up quickly and completed the job quickly. Will use them again and would highly recommend them!

Technicians were very friendly, diagnosed the problem right away and had the parts on had to complete the repair on the spot. They even went over and above and cleaned and waxed the top of my AC unit! Thanks for the great work!!

Derwin came by; assessed my fan/AC problem; diagnosed a bad fuse, replaced it. Twenty minutes after he left the fuse blew again. I called Trifecta and Derwin returned and fixed the problem. Trifecta and Derwin were professional both times. My unit works, I'm happy.

Trifecta is a great Heating and Air Conditioning company and is serious about customer satisfaction. I had Trifecta install a QuietCool Whole House Fan a little over a year ago, the performance of the fan installation had not been satisfactory and didn't cool the house well unless we had just the windows in one or 2 rooms open and then it only cooled just those two rooms. I called Trifecta to see what they could do to improve the performance. Trifecta sent out John and Sean and they realized the problem was that the 2 attic spaces we had in the house were not connected as they are in most homes so all the exhaust air was being forced out of the one small gable vent with a thermostatically controlled gable fan. John and Sean remedied this by adding a 2nd larger gable vent in addition to original gable vent with fan. John and Sean and even worked out a way to have the powered gable fan come on in conjunction with the whole house fan which likely tripled the amount of air flowing through the gable vents. Now the Whole House Fan cools the house in very little time and we are able to sleep in comfort even on warm summer nights.

He explained what the problems were and what he was going to do to fix the problems. Also, I'm very impressed the way the company sent out the text & e-mail for appoint confirmation & a reminder. Homes were purchased with the original air and heating units that didn’t work. I searched others before making my decision but ultimately went with the name you can trust in Trifecta Heating and Air. They replaced both homes with Trane heating and air units on the same day. I couldn’t be happier. They exceeded all my expectations. Trifecta is my HVAC go-to guy. I was told by another company my compressor was bad and it would cost over $3k, he came over and found out the compressor was not bad.

Tim found the problem was with something totally different. He fixed the problem in under an hour and saved me thousands.

Personable repairman, wore a mask and booties on shoes inside. Arrived on time and explained all procedures as he did them. Repaired my A/C and performed maintenance and checks. He had not been informed I wanted a thermostat installed so I had to make another appointment for next week to complete that.
