Absolutely the best. Shaun is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We have been using him for several years and highly recommend him.

I’ve been a big fan of Shaun’s for over ten years. He started out helping me in a pinch and continues to come through for me when I need him over all these years.

Our carpet and rugs are high-end natural fibers and I trust him to treat the pet and baby accidents the best way he sees fit. He is careful, often choosing the more difficult route if that’s what’s best for the rug/carpet.

I trust Shaun immensely and have had him come to our house when I’m not home. He’s an all-round great guy. His prices are so fair and reasonable, I often feel inclined to add a tip. He’s worth every penny and more.

Shaun cleans my office and my home leaving the floors absolutely impeccable. Stains I thought were permanent ended up leaving with no trace. Affordable and reliable 10 out of 10.!

I was seriously going to replace my carpets! But after one cleaning from One Source Carpet Care they are literally new! This has saved me thousands of dollars!!! Shaun and his crew are so trustworthy, kind, friendly & he always has an extra goodie on where to eat or stay in San Diego!! Stairs look great, carpet dries quickly, he has even cleaned some fabric chairs for me & brought them back from grey to white! My area rugs are dog odor free! No weird smells or chemicals. I had One Source Carpet Care recently clean my laminate floors. Let me tell you, I had one of the “Big Companies” in San Diego quote me $1200 more than One Source Carpet Care. Not only did One Source Carpet Care give me a killer price, you just can’t beat it, but the results were incredible. My floors look brand new! I was shocked to see how beautiful they look. Carpet, couches, hardwood floors.. look no further! You won’t find a better price or service.

Shaun and his team are excellent. They didn’t just clean our travertine floors; the travertine was restored to looking like new. Then they applied a protective seal that’s work very well. OneSource works with you. They are very careful with your belonging, moving or wrapping them for protection, including furniture and family heirlooms.

The project estimates and actual costs are aligned too, no worries.

This is the second time we had them to restored other rooms with stone floors. We will have them do it again, and our stone patio too.

Tip Top! Our old carpet moved out of state, so we had to find someone new to trust. Shaun at One Source Carpet Care was that someone. AMAZING work, got the carpet looking good as new. Frankly, much as we loved our old carpet cleaner and the job they did-- LOVED-- One Source might be even better- and we never thought that was possible.

Efficient company, top-notch work, and cost-friendly. I like to have my apartment cleaned twice a year having two kids, so I’ve used a number of companies. I’m able to tell within a week of the work completed whether it was a good job because old stains can resurface. Sometimes right away! It’s happened w big name companies that I won’t call out, and so I’m left disappointed.
Not so w One Source.
I had moved furniture to help, but Sean took that extra step to ensure proper and detailed cleaning by actually moving a few more items out of the way to clean areas of the carpet that most companies in the past just overlooked. Never had that done before! I really took notice and appreciated this.
I found the company I will be using from here on out and will be recommending to anybody who will need these services. It’s a safe bet w One Source!

I hired Shaun at One Source Carpet Care (by word of mouth from a neighbor)to clean my two grotesque fabric couches. I have a seven year old son and a seven month old pug who is not yet neutered so he uses my couch as a urinal. Owner Shaun and his helper Josh showed up and gave me what is seemingly two new couches! No more pet urine odor, no more greasy finger stains... and who knows what else made it's way onto the furniture. I am grateful for the fair pricing, honesty, customer service, and professionalism. I would most definitely use this company over another I hired two years ago. They left a chemical odor that lasted almost a month and I didn't know that wasn't the norm.

Shaun. came over and cleaned our kitchen tile. Made it look like new the following week he came and cleaned our carpet made it look like new Shaun. is very professional kind and caring. Shaun did an amazing job on my carpet! The carpet looks super clean and he was able to take out stains the previous carpet cleaner left behind. The price was affordable and he was very professional. I will definitely be calling him again on regular basis to keep my carpet clean!

Shaun came by my business yesterday to introduce himself, and I had him in the next day to clean the rubber flooring in our gym. This is high-end, expensive flooring—so I was skeptical. Shaun is very professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job on my carpets, including stairs.
There were two trouble spots in my living room of which I told Shaun about the next day. I was asking if there was something I could do. Instead, Shaun came the next morning and sprayed the spots. The next day the carpet was perfect!
