We had Local Construction do a full home remodel on our new house, and the results were amazing! Mike, is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful—he helped guide us through every step with smart suggestions and great solutions. The team delivered high-quality work, stayed on schedule, and made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone you can trust to bring your vision to life!

I’m a stickler for details, especially when it comes to structural integrity and permits. We needed an addition put onto the house, and I didn't want any shortcuts. The team handled everything from the 3D designs to the planning and city permits, which saved me a massive headache. It was a code-compliant build all the way through, and the integration looks incredibly clean. You can tell they have 14+ years of experience—everything was executed with precision. Highly recommend.
