We have used OC Cleaning for several years for our home in Laguna Beach. Helen and all of her staff are incredibly professional. It's truly a family operated business with three crews and each of the crews is headed by a family member to help ensure the quality of care. They take great pride in their work and are just wonderful people. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I recently won a giveaway on Instagram for their cleaning service. I was really happy that they reached out to me right away and booked a date that would work with me within two days of winning the giveaway. They confirmed a day prior to my appointment today to make sure everything was still okay. The day came and they showed up on time, and we’re so friendly! I have a small one bedroom one bathroom so I left for a bit so I wouldn’t be in their way. They took about one hour and they left my apartment spotless! I walked in and it smells so much better and it looked so much better. They focused on the windows and little parts that I usually tend to let slide because I’m always doing something. I love that they are a small business and family operated. I am extremely happy with their services I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely book a future date with them. I am a mom of a three-year-old I work and recently started a small business so this was EXTREMELY helpful! Helen was amazing! She was friendly she made me feel comfortable and most of all everything was just so pretty when I came back! I absolutely loved their services and would highly recommend them.

6 years ago, when we moved to OC, I called several housecleaning services. Helen called me back within a half hour and we me the next day. She reviewed the work, gave us an amazing estimate and we’ve had them on our payroll ever since. We have a business out of our home so they are wonderful working within the confines of our schedule. They always arrive on time, do an amazing job and we have never had one problem with them. They give amazing value and service and we are so thankful for their professionalism! We highly recommend them!

Extremely friendly and professional. Used OC Cleaning for post construction services and was very satisfied. They were very thorough and made the home move in ready for my clients after 5 months of construction remodeling.

Never showed up for an estimate.
NOTE: Revision after their response below (their response was quickly deleted after my note was published. Then, it was reposted after I documented they deleted it and I had screen shots) Not only did they not show up at 3pm today as we scheduled, then lied about allegedly coming to my house on Monday. This is why we have a Nest Doorbell and loads of video. There was no request for this person to "drop everything" to come to my house after they failed to show up or call to let me know they could not make it. Now this person is texting me tonight at 6:49pm about my review, which I have a right to do and not be harassed. The expectations here are basic...show up as scheduled (if you can't make the appointment, have the common courtesy to call and let me know), provide estimate, begin work. The unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and lack of responsibility for their actions I experienced with this business owner is unfortunate.
