I can’t say enough great things about Applied Plumbing & Rotor. We had a sewer line issue in the middle of the night, and they responded immediately something that’s incredibly hard to find these days.

Their team showed up quickly, were professional, and got straight to work diagnosing and clearing the problem. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and handled the situation with urgency and care.

It’s such a relief to know there’s a company you can count on during an emergency, especially outside of normal business hours. I highly recommend Applied Rooter & Plumbing to anyone needing reliable and honest service.

I noticed a leak towards the back of my toilet. The team at Applied Plumbing promptly scheduled me for next day service. Ty, Jose and Gabriel were very thorough and knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. They were patient with me and explained everything clearly when diagnosing the issue. Then proceeded to give me a very fair price and worked tirelessly for several hours to make sure everything was done properly. They even cleaned up after themselves, which I am so grateful for.
