I called about a repair and Dennis and a tech did everything they could to try and fix our tankless hot water heater, but ended up having a replacement.
They were fast, efficient, very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Water heater stopped working and able to schedule next day to service. They came on time, prepared with quality US made water heater, replaced drip pan, water lines, gas valve and new mounting straps along with taking away the old unit. Clean quality workmanship with no short cuts taken. Reasonably priced and peace of mind they offer warranty on parts and labor.

This is second time they are helping us out, first they me water heater stopped working in 2020 he came and fixed it without charges and this year my old water heater brake down again and needed to be replaced, reasonable price and timely repairs, thanks

Reasonable prices and great install. Adam installed our water heater quickly and fixed a few issues that were present on the old connections without upsale. He also pointed out a few potential problems and explained how to diy fix if we were inclined.

Called USA Water heaters this morning, a tech (Adam) came to our house and installed a new 50 gal water heater the same day. It was by far the best call that I could have made. Adam was friendly, well spoken and took care of everything (even helped us move a couple of things for access). Highly recommend Adam and USA for service, and their price was the best.

My 50 gallon GE gas water heater I bought from Home Depot 16 years ago needed replacing.
I called the service phone number on Home depot's website and talked to the plumbers they contract with and was stunned to learn installation was just shy of $2,000! I don't recall what I paid 16 years ago but there's no way I was going to pay that much this time. I did some research and on Anji.com I found several recommended plumbers. After getting estimates from a few of them I talked to USA Water Heaters and was happy to hear the installation cost was much more reasonable.
When I told Dennis, the co-owner of the company, my intention was to buy a Rheem water heater from Home Depot, he politely suggested I consider a Bradford White for about the same price. I did some research on the Bradford White 50 gallon model decided it was for me.
Dennis told me the price, comparable to the Rheem at Home Depot, and they had it in stock and would deliver it the next day for installation.
Nick, the installer, showed up on time and was very professional and efficient.
I definitely recommend USA water heaters.

They also fixed a broken exhaust pipe from the old water heater. Dry wall was an easy fix.
