I can't praise these guys enough! They've been handling our building's maintenance for months and every interaction has been top-notch. Their team is professional, the work is always done right, and they're so easy to deal with. Really makes my life easier knowing I can rely on them for anything that comes up.

Our company has used PPM for many maintenance services for the commercial properties in our portfolio. The services include plumbing, electrical, parking lot and roofing. They get five stars because (1) they show up (2) they pay attention (3) they will make the repairs to our satisfaction (4) they have a humans in their office that actually answer the phone, respond timely in a friendly and professional manner. Basically, they get the job done and it will be done right.

I've been working with PPM for about a year now and don't have one bad thing to say about them. They are prompt, professional, and always communicate what the issue is and their recommendations. One thing that sets them apart is that they provide after-hours service which I've had to use a couple of times and was a huge relief. When requesting service calls, they respond quickly and schedule the work within a reasonable time frame. It's also very convenient that they provide services for different trades. Definitely recommend working with them.

This company is full of crooks. When I first called to inquire about how much declogging a AC drain pipe cost, they quoted me at $126 an hour plus travel time. I got another quote from a different company for the job and it was $189 so I sent him away thinking this company was cheaper. When the guy from Preferred came I kept asking him how much it was going to be and he kept saying he doesn't know. When he left he charged a total of $376 (he stayed for less than 2 hours $126 × 2 = $252) and did not leave a receipt. I called the next day to inquire about the charge and they said they would get back to me. No one ever did. I called again and she told me it was due to his travel time which took him 45 minutes to get there (during the day with no traffic). Yeah ok. I would never use them again and suggest you don't either unless you want to get screwed over. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
