I love this place. It's spectacular.

Express Contractors installed my carpet and cleaned carpet in 2 rooms of my home! They were on time, professional, polite, and did a great job! I would definitely recommend them and use them again!!!

April 29th 2025, a man from Express Contractors, came to my apartment, to do my carpets. This mans name was Roberto, he was awesome, he was kind, caring and professional. He did a great job, I lived in my apartment for 14 yrs, My apartment looked better after he finished than it did when I first moved in. I have lived in Vintage Terrace 20 yrs in 2026. I needed my carpets cleaned, and I saw his truck, the truck was clean, I just felt like this was the right move. It all worked out, I left him to finish in my apartment, and I had some errands to run, I felt very comfortable him being in my apartment. I trusted him and I have never met him before. I called the company just to say Thank you for Roberto, you know no one says thank you any more. Thank you Express Contractors. Your awesome, Karen Herrold

I will be recommending Sergio his a good respectful worker as well his team their professional and all of their coworkers are very friendly and knowledgeable on their job they explained about what you requested and the job gets done 👍

my mang. co. @ my apt. hired express to clean my carpet @ my apt. We picked a date & time weeks in advance. We called them twice to confirm this. I was scheduled last Fri. for noon. I have several health issues one of them requiring oxygen 24/7. So we left the house @ noon, even though they weren't here yet. The manager said she would let them in. The mang. had to call them twice, as they were still not here as of 2;30. Their office staff gave them different times & excuses both times she called. I had no choice but to come home by 3;30, as my son had to be @ wrk. by 4;00. When we arrived here, he was here leaving a note, he was about to LEAVE!!!!!!! Now all this time I had been w/o oxygen, & I was not feeling good. So now my son had to leave for work, & I spent the nxt. hour & 40 mins. in the heat on the porch so he could finally do the carpets. When he left he said it was fine go on in, & turn on fans. No other warnings or instructions were given.Since I was extremely over heated & really needed my oxygen, I just wanted to get inside. Well, he didn't clean up his overspray from the floor to the kitchen & bathroom, it was EXTREMELY SLIPPERY...& I FELL!!!!!! I hurt my knee, toe, shoulder, & my wrist is the worst. I would Never reccommend them for any service. If they had come on time, I wouldn't have had to come in when it was still wet, perhaps I wouldn't have hurt myself.

Extremely rude!, watched me leaving my paid parking spot at my apartment then stole my parking spot and when I came back 15 minutes later I asked him for my paid covered parking spot back and he refused

The mediocre work that they do is astonishing.
They came into the brand new house that they were the sub's in installing counter tops. Poor work and craftsmanship.
They came into the house without putting on booties to cover their dirty shoes.
They started to sand the counter top leaving a mess on the appliances and cabinets.
Didn't finish the job and I now have to call them back to service it again.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They did ZERO work, had ZERO professionalism, and ZERO respect for our home. I simply asked them to cover a light fixture to prevent over spray and they responded with "We can just cancel".
The previous 1 star review is completely accurate as to how this company operates. They treated our home the exact same way, with no respect. The technician was offended that we asked him to put booties on, which we provided I might add.

Took advantage of elderly family, took cash for a job and then claimed they did not pay, which then led to her being double charged. We called and claimed we would get the money back and now are not answering, very distressed as this puts stress on ill family members who cant handle it. I will be happy to remove this once the situation is resolved.
