Hi Dave, back to your response to my review. Your office has not messaged me a lot I was the one calling or they would call after someone was to come out. Yes you have cleaned the dryer vent going to outside I'm not saying that you have not done that. It's reattached the hose back on to the dryer. The young man did not know how to attach the hose correctly , I was there . Next day using the dryer the vent was off and we were not able to use the dryer. I called twice to have someone come out to attach the hose, NO response. You were also going to come out to clean the dryer inside NO response. Customer service not good.
