My wife and I came home from vacation to a slab leak. We were fortunate enough to have Luis from Direct Leak and Drain Service Plumbing referred to us for detection and repair.
Luis was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was on time and cleaned up before he left.
My wife and I were both so impressed with Luis and the work he did for us.

My husband and I met Luis Nazario is 08/2017 due to a slab leak. Luis told us then it would be cheaper to re-pipe up through the attic instead of tearing up the concrete slab in our garage. We were so happy with his work. He arrived on time and explained to us exactly what he would be doing. We were so pleased with the job he did, we had him come back in 11/2017 to re-pipe another section of our house...preventative maintenance. Well, 8 years later we had a hot water leak...so I called to see if Luis was still in the plumbing business...he came to today and re-piped our hot water line into the attic...He was professional and fair with his pricing. He went above and beyond to complete the job. We highly recommend him for future repairs. We have one more section to complete on our house and we will be calling Luis to complete the job.

After getting an estimate from another company Luis came out & was able to offer us more work for less than half of the other company’s quote. His work was exceptional and offered valuable plumbing information. We are very pleased & will use him for all our plumbing needs. Definitely recommend!

Luis and his crew did some great work for us. When he arrived he reviewed the work and explained to us in detail what needed to be done. He gave us a fair price and finished the job quickly. I had problems with the leak in my kitchen almost 2 weeks ago. I had contacted my insurance company filed the claim. The next day they contacted “Direct Leak Plumbing & Drain Service”, Luis called me right after I got a call from my insurance company . He came to my house in Santa Ana from Riverside and he was able to detect the leak in my kitchen. He then sent the report to the insurance company and next day he came to my house explained what was going on the the Adjuster. It was kinda late yesterday afternoon while it was raining hard, he came to my house opened the slab leak hot side water repaired / replaced the copper pipe so we can have the hot water. He’s such a good and dedicated contractor, care for the customers, I would recommend him if anyone needs help in case of emergency like my case. He came back to my house make sure we have the hot water, checked water pressure and cover the whole in the kitchen, cleaned up thoroughly. He’s good. Please support him🙏👍🤗😃🙏

What a sham of a company. Please don't waste your time or money. Call ANYONE else!!! Trust me, I will save you some aggravation. This guy couldn't find a way out of a paper bag let alone a leak in a pipe. How he is an insurance representative/vendor is mind blowing. Just a joke....
