Paul came out today for their special tuneup and inspection. He was A true professional. He knew all about my HVAC system gave me good information told me all about his company and next time I need anything for my HVAC system or possibly plumbing I will give Service Hero a call all because of Paul.

The man who came to our house was courteous, clean and professional. I called with a plumbing problem at 11 AM and it is fixed by 3 PM! I would highly recommend.

Benito was very informative and professional. He was able to clear out our backed up drainage in a timely manner. He offered to show me camera footage confirming the drain was CLEARED!

I ordered a Mitsubishi eight-head minisplit system from Service Hero. The experience has been incredibly professional from start to finish. Rodolfo and Bladamir went way above and beyond in the installation. They arrived when they said they would arrive, cleaned up after themselves, and worked full days. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with their attention-to-detail and conscientiousness. Thank you!

Called them to my business on a Sunday, for a minor water leak. They came out fast, did the repair quickly and gave us a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

Our AC went down on Tuesday. The Service Hero Technician was available immediately! At my door on Wednesday morning an Angel immediately diagnose the problem. He gave me multiple options, ordered the parts and it was repaired today by noon. Heading into summer - the idea of a broken AC was causing me a lot of anxiety, but Service, Hero and Angel took care of the problem, professionally, at a reasonable price AND super fast turnaround!. Thank you so much! Will definitely call them again.

Daniel did a great and amazing job diagnosing my AC Unit. Showed me clear photos of what could be future problems and explained to me well enough on how they (RH) could not just access the problem but how they would fix the problem. I’m happy with their service… a bit too pricey BUT you do get the quality for what you pay for. In other words… your money doesn’t go to waste. Their quality of work is beyond satisfactory.

I called Service Hero for a backed up kitchen sink. Uron was the technician that came to help us out today. He was such a pleasure to work with. I am a reoccurring customer and every technician I have worked with has been great, but I think I will go out of my way to request Uron for all future work if he is available. He was so great, professional, fast, clean, and all around 5+++ star on service. Thank you for all your help today Uron, you are awesome!!!

Ariel Navarro did an excellent job installing my new water heater. I had no idea how involved the process is. He moved a turnoff valve forward from a location that was previously inaccessible to me. He accommodated my request to put the new copper piping outlet in a less visible place through the exterior garage wall. I asked a lot of questions and he was pleasant and straightforward in answering them. I really appreciated his professionalism.

Our a/c went out 7pm Mon Eve, we called service hero 3 pm Tues. It was fixed by 4:30 Tues!! He put in a new condenser, not very expensive. Now our a/ c works again!!Thanks!
