Had a great 1st experience with Plumber XP. We would recommend them to everyone. Competency, expectations, and follow thru are so important when dealing with challenges such as plumbing. Our initial call (after business hours) was returned promptly. We were notified prior to arrival which was also prompt. They investigated the issue, took photos, gave options on how to approach the problem, and left a tidy work area. No pressure sales tactics. Will call them next time we need a plumber!

I always use XP. EDDIE was Cool & Friendly as usual and Joey was great as well and knew exactly what to do. Ephraim and the crew did very meticulous work for our Entire Home Repipe. Thanks XP.

I recently had Plumber XP install a water softener and fix a faulty water heater, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! From the start, their communication was top-notch. Eddie, the service manager, was especially fantastic—he kept everything running smoothly and made sure the entire project stayed on track. He was on top of scheduling, ensuring everyone arrived on time, and checked in to make sure everything was going as planned.

The team was fast and efficient, and they did an excellent job of keeping things clean while working. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing, and they kept me informed every step of the way. They took the time to explain the process and made sure I understood all the details about the new water softener and water heater.

I’ve used Plumber XP for all my plumbing needs, and once again, they didn’t disappoint. These guys are great, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my plumbing! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Joey T. and Enrique to do any plumbing work you need. I first needed a leak in my hot water line in my attic fixed. Joey T. inspected and found another small leak barely starting to emerge. He really showed thoroughness with discovering that additional leak. They set up a date for the repair pretty quickly and when the day came their work was high quality and fixed in a reasonable time.

I also had them install a water pressure gauge, new hose bib, and T-Valve to my irrigation, so that I could dial down my water pressure to 65 psi to increase the life of all my pipes, faucets, showers, and shut off valves, and toilet fixtures. This was as a very involved job which required more time than they had estimated in the bid. They spend most of the day on that repair. I also had them replace the fill valves and flappers to two Toto Toilets, which went smoothly.

They also installed two drain pop up valves. Unfortunately one of the pop up drain valves had a slow leak into the drain. But true to the quality of their work,
They came the next day with a new part to replace the one they originally installed. I was impressed by their method of testing their work, and the thoroughness with which performed their work, not stopping until it was done the right way, just as if it was their own house!

Joey T & Enrique changed 6 faucet cartridges in 3 faucets. Originally I had procured the cartridges. The first two sinks went flawlessly. The last sink, which they worked on in the first day proved difficult. They found that the cartridges I procured would not work correctly even thought I had purchased them through a Delta Faucet dealer. They said that they would get the cartridges through their supplier. They came the second day got them installed in the last sink. I valued their determination & patience in doing their work, as in the end everything worked our well.

I am extremely pleased with the results, but I am most impressed by Joey T and Enrique's dedication to doing high quality work.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Plumber XP, they replaced a broken pipe, tub, and toilet in my home. They were incredibly quick and efficient, completing the work without any issues at all. Not only did they get the job done right, but they also left the area clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. If I could give 6 stars I would! Joey T and Enrique were amazing! Professional, responsive, communicative, tidy, and knowledgeable, what more can you ask for? Joey T did a phenomenal job analyzing the issue and presenting us with different options to choose from. At the end of each day, he gave us a report of what they'd accomplished and what was still left to do, as well as telling us about any challenges they encountered along the way and how they were planning on solving them. They always made sure to clean up before departing each day and made sure we had a working shower each night to keep disruptions to a minimum while the project was under way. It seemed that no matter what our home was throwing at them, they were prepared to handle! Part of the resolution for the issue was digging a pretty large hole in the front yard of the home which they assured us would be put back so it didn't look like any one had dug there. I'm not sure how they did it but it looks pristine out there and if I hadn't seen the hole there myself during the project, I wouldn't believe any one had been digging at all! Even our gardener was surprised to hear a hole had been dug and put back because of how neatly it was all done.

If you need a plumber, look no further, Joey T, Enrique, and the PlumberXP team are the best of the best!

Gabriel and Eddie were super punctual, honest and got the job done in the time frame they told us. Very professional and informed us immediately about their findings and recommendations to correct our plumbing issues.

We just had a new shower valve assembly put in our guest bathroom and Gabe, Marco, Jeremy did such a professional job installing and explaining every step and why it was done with advice how to maintain the system.
It was amazing how quickly and thoroughly the work was done.

An update - due to unfortunate circumstances, issues still existed with our home plumbing. Upon notification, the Plumbers XP team led by Gabriel with support from Joey, Efram, Enrique and Marco immediately responded multiple times over 3 days to ensure satisfaction and that everything was in proper working condition. All involved focused on ensuring our satisfaction and happy with the results. In addition, frequent and vital communication with Angela was exemplary and much appreciated. The Plumbers XP team truly understands customer needs and makes going “ above and beyond “ the norm.

We were referred to Plumber XP and Gabriel was able to come out to look at our leak the same day. We ended up having a burst pipe and had to repipe our entire house. But I felt very trusting of Plumber XP throughout the entire process. We had Efrain and Juan at our home to complete the repipe. They were so knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had throughout the process. Every day they were prompt and friendly. I feel confident in the work they completed and would definitely recommend them to any friends and family in the future!

Plumber XP will be my go to plumber. I called these guys up and Joey T came out with Enrique and did a phenomenal job. We discovered we had a leak in our foundation and on top of that there was sewage building up down there because the kitchen drain disconnected from our main. When Joey came out, he did a very thorough inspection on everything, not just what I had called for and he was able to find other issues and knew what to do to resolve them. He was very communicative and informative about everything he and Enrique were doing and it was very much appreciated. I trust these guys for any plumbing issue!

Highly recommend Plumber XP! Gabriel, Joey, and the rest of the team were great to work with. I had a major plumbing job needing to be done at my house and I had 4 companies come out to provide estimates. Out of all of them, Gabriel was the most thorough, spending 2+ hours and going into a tight part of the crawlspace to get photos showing the pipes' state and the leak. Not only that, the quote was very reasonable, comparatively. Gabriel went above and beyond to explain the situation and make me feel at ease.

Joey and his team were at my house for 4 days to completely replace/reroute the kitchen pipes and hydro-jet/line the bathroom pipes. He was really communicative throughout the whole process, showing me pics/vids and having me come check things out so I could understand exactly what they were doing. I was able to fully put my trust in Joey and his team from start to finish. I will continue to call Plumber XP for any future issues!

Joey and Enrique were fantastic, the best plumbers. We were impressed with their workmanship. They were were on time, when they said they would be at our home. They were quiet and cleaned after each day. They would explain what they were going to do that day and what jobs they completed that day. Our plumber problem was huge and in this heat they would go under the house and would do the work they needed to do. They would ask if we had any questions and they would answer them clearly. We would call Joey and Enrique again at a drop of a hat. Like we said they are best.

Highly recommend XP for drain clearing. Very professional and fair and reasonable pricing. Bellman and Edwin were super patient and experienced. They were a pleasure to work with.

The Plumber XP team is very knowledgeable and experienced, especially Gabriel and Eddie. The communication was mostly satisfactory, and we felt like our project was in good hands.

Scope of work: recessed gas valve box behind stove, water softener installation, re-route water feed pipes, p-trap addition for laundry, toilet replacements, and leaking sewer main repair.

Service: We contacted Plumber XP initially just for recessing the gas valve. Gabriel came out to do an estimate and was able to complete the work on the same day. We appreciated him spending time explaining the work that needed to be done and finding the best solution (instead of whatever was the quickest fix). That gave us the confidence to move forward with getting his estimate for a few other plumbing upgrades that we've been wanting to get done.

Workmanship: The team worked efficiently and tested everything thoroughly before wrapping up. Unlike other estimates we had received that required stucco work or deemed the job impossible, Gabriel and Eddie's expertise allowed them to complete the work by only accessing the drywall inside and rerouting some water lines. The only hiccup was with the initial location of the water softener -- it was too close to a bedroom, and the noise from the regeneration cycles would wake us up. While the team was able to relocate it, it would've been ideal if a more suitable location was recommended in the first place.

Cost: It was comparable or less expensive than some of the other estimates we received.

I have had two great experiences with the team at Plumber XP. Joey T and Enrique replaced our water heater and fixed a bunch of crazy l leaks in our kitchen and they repaired part of our sewer line and they did such a great job! Working great, the clean outs look so much better than the ones they replaced and the area where they worked was cleaner after they left than before. Special mention to Gabriel who really made me feel comfortable about having them in our home since we have a special needs person living here. They are super nice! I cannot say enough good things about working with Plumber XP.
