My wife Katharin Rice-Gillis recently hired BrightView Cleaning Services for a deep clean of my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was exceptional. They were responsive, friendly, and took the time to understand my specific needs.

The cleaning team arrived on time and brought all the necessary supplies. They were professional, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. My home has never looked better! They tackled areas that I hadn’t been able to get to in ages, and it felt like a breath of fresh air.

I especially appreciated their commitment to using eco-friendly products, which made me feel good about having them in my home. The whole experience was hassle-free, and the price was reasonable for the quality of service provided.

I had a wonderful experience with Brightview Cleaning. Janet was very sweet and professional. She made our showers look like new and even told me little tips to help with cleaning around the house. She even told me things to watch out for. I will continue to use Brightview and I really liked Janet. I also believe that I was given a very reasonable price.

I love this company. Tracee cleaned my old apartment today for move out and did a phenomenal job. She took extra time and I will definitely be requesting her from now on. Also I’ve used this company multiple times and they are fantastic. Definitely recommend!

We have used Brightview twice now. They are communicative and responsive and have done an exceptional job cleaning! Tracee in particular did our last cleaning, and the house is SPOTLESS. I also appreciate their policy on making things right, someone had come to clean and left a few things undone and they immediately sent someone out to fix it and do it again. Very happy with our decision to have them clean monthly for us!

She deep cleaned both my oven and refrigerator, and made sure every surface was wiped down and every was spotless. We had a dire situation that needed PROFESSIONAL help - and Brightview saved the day, last minute on a holiday weekend no less. Sam helped me find someone to assist me in a massive project: very in depth deep cleaning. And in came Georgianna: the angel who made all my worries go away. She walked in, assessed, had a game plan every step of the way, room to room. Her experience and practical approach turned this seemingly unsurmountable project into an achievable set of tasks. She also gave me tidbits of info - tips and tricks to clean in the future!! I couldn’t have maintained my sanity if it weren’t for Georgianna, that absolute angel. From my first phone call to the completion of the cleaning my experience was great. Pam understood this would be a one time cleaning as we are renting for 2 months and was able to schedule quickly. The young lady who arrived, Sapphire, was friendly, asked questions and went right to getting things done. She did an excellent job. If we ever need this service again I will definitely call Brightview. Thanks for a good experience.

Juliet and her partner showed up for a post construction cleaning. First off, they were very friendly and brought what they needed to do the job. When I returned a few hours later, I thought the house smelled and looked fabulous. The fridge was spotless, every surface was clean (I checked) and the floors no longer had that construction dust everywhere. Highly recommend!
