We had a wonderful experience with Marvel Air. They are a very honest company. You don't have to worry about them trying to sell you something that you don't need. They are quick to respond to your needs, professional and a great company over all. I will definitely call them for any future issues we may have. Thank you!

They're professional, courteous and thorough in completing their tasks. Gerry came out gave us an estimate that was very reasonable. Gerry explained everything we asked with enthusiasm and patience. He speaks very highly of his company and its commitment to customer services. Jose the Technician and the rest, when he arrived that day, he explained first what they're going to do before they start working (I like that). They're professional, and we love the way it looks, after they finished the job (nice and neat). Thank you, thank you for the amazing service. As a customer, ya just want a problem fixed....this is the second time I've used Marvel (two different problems), and have to say they have everything going for them. They understand the problem, fix it, and are professionally responsive and reasonably priced. I could not be happier.

This is my third time working with Gerry and his team at Marvel A/C. They just completed work on upgrading my existing A/C system to a more efficient Heat Pump system and I couldn’t be happier. Gerry is very knowledgeable and has years of experience in all Trane products. I like that he is always available to address any questions or concerns and that his office staff are very courteous. His team of installers are top notch! They are very thorough, on time and left my house every day as if they had never been there.
Once the job was complete, Gerry Took the time to give me a walkthrough of the system Maintenance, components and the thermostat. I will continue to use Marvel for any of my A/C or Heating needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable company that backs up their product and service.

I find Marvel air conditioning company from Internet through a very friendly phone conversations and made a appointment during the worst season summer time , the AC technician coming on time fixed my AC on time , my wife is happy because she was complaining me over a weeks thank you Jerry once the technician quickly finished job I realized he is the owner , so I am strongly recommending to all the viewers if you have a AC problem looking for marvel air conditioning and you are in good hand

For 16 years I have struggled with the summer heat and winter cold weather. After researching many companies, I decided to go with Marvel Air, family owned. Jerry, the owner, provided me with a reasonable pricing and financing that I can afford. His team, install a brand new heating and cooling system, removal of asbestos, and new ducking throughout my house. They did an outstanding job, I am very pleased with the results. I recommend them for their excellent job.

This might sound like I'm laying it on thick, but it's the truth: The one service experience I'm most grateful for, is with Marvel and its owner, Gerry Vecino.

Gerry and his team did a major system redo & install at our previous home, a sprawling 3000SF house. They had to remove old, solid metal ducting, lay out the new flexible kind, and upgrade an over-burdened 4 ton Bryant system, to a very capable 5 ton Trane.

From there, Gerry helped us with repairs on 4 other properties' HVAC systems, including our current house - even though we are well out of his service area. That was 10 years ago. We had just moved to Long Beach, and didn't know of any really trusted HVAC services. So he did us a solid to make sure we were set and tuned up.

Fast forward to this year, we had a new Heat Pump system installed in our house, this time by a company whose co-owner I went to high school with. Fairly quickly, we noticed a problematic up & down whining noise coming from the condenser. We reached out to that service, whose tech initially said that "new compressors are loud." I wasn't buying that - it was so annoying, it made our old system sound new by comparison.

I reached out to Gerry, sent him a video clip of it. Right away, he came back and said "NO, that is NOT normal noise." He then advised me of the best ways I could approach this, to get the problem solved. His advice worked, in that it led to the manufacturer (American Standard) sending out its technicians, who confirmed that the condenser fan+motor unit was faulty.

After nearly 5 months, I'm still pushing this other HVAC service to resolve the issue. With them, I feel like "they got my money, they see no incentive now to help fix a problem we hear EVERY day, even though it's been diagnosed." In other words, little to zero support nor initiative to take care of someone who gave them their business.

With Gerry & Marvel, even though he hasn't taken a dime from me in over 10 years, I'm still getting support. He actually cares because I *was* his customer. And he cares about the HVAC industry, and its integrity - he's passionate about what he does.

So I'm just gonna tell you, as far as HVAC in your home or business, he's the one you want in charge of taking care of you. He cares about how his level of service and actual work reflects on him, and how you feel about Marvel as a service provider. It's just an incredibly high level of integrity and character we don't see enough of anymore.

5 stars are not adequate for the exceptional experience I had with Marvel. A strong "10" would be more like it! I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and personal contacts with the office staff. The two gentlemen installing my A/C system could not have been more knowledgeable or efficient. All in all, a totally positive experience. Don't go anywhere else. Marvel absolutely can take pride not only in their product, but in the training and positive customer service demonstrated by their staff.

Great customer service! The entire team was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions and requests. Gerry is a man of great integrity and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We look forward to working with them again.

Luis, the service technician showed up at the agreed time and was extremely knowledgable about all aspects of my AC system. He proceeded to check my system was functioning as intended, cleaned the condenser and was courteous throughout the visit. Would definitely use again.

Marvel Air has been servicing and installing HVAC equipment for me, a General Contractor, my Father who ran contractors for a group of Auto Dealerships, and many people we referred to them outside of those descriptions.

Gerry listens to our needs and always has a creative but professional solution. His attention to our needs made those projects easy and worry free.

The ownership of the workmanship and willingness to back up products they use is also amazing and unrivaled. I had one instance where 8 years after installation I found a problem that was related to the installation, within a week Marvel Air was on site and it was taken care of.

I can't say enough good things about Gerry and Marvel Air, you can trust the advice, trust the work, and trust the product. I recommend Marvel Air whenever its in their service area without reservation or hesitation.

9yrs ago I purchased a unit from Marvel. (Great unit).I recently had an issue due to my lack of maintenance. Busy time for service due to the extreme heat. Contacted Marvel, was given a reasonable appointment. The owner(Gerry) handled the service himself. Good pricing, excellent customer service, solid company.

We were so happy that a neighbor recommended Marvel Air Conditioning to us. Our ancient AC and Heating units needed to be replaced, and Marvel worked with our schedule to make it happen. Gerry and Shawna were amazing! Our situation presented a unique installation challenge and Marvel worked with us to problem solve and get it all figured out. The installation team was great to work with as well. We opted for a Heat Pump, and couldn’t be happier with our choice! It’s been a little over a month now, and we’ve had a chance to use both the AC and heating functions, and I’ve got to say, it’s awesome! Highly recommend Marvel and their products!

All I can say is WOW, they said what they were going to do and did it. That’s rare! I needed a new air conditioner and the one I had was leaking horribly. Although this was happening I got 5 quotes from Home Depot to Costco to smaller companies. I was not looking for the lowest price, I know you get what you pay for but I wanted quality and workmanship at a fair price and that’s what I got. Gerry adjusted his schedule to get me in within 2 days they showed up on time those 2 days. They were wearing masks so I felt very comfortable with them in my house, they cleaned up and left my home looking better than when they arrived. His team was professional and knowledgeable and very accommodating! I cannot say enough about Marvel Air Conditioning! I am definitely a fan!! Thank you for doing what you promised🙏🏻

Excellent, knowledgable service. I highly recommend this company. We called during the heatwave of September 2020 (it got up to 111 F in our city). I knew that we would have to get in line to get an appointment time because the company would be overwhelmed with calls. Marvel had excellent ratings and I felt that it would be worth it to wait the week for the earliest available appointment. It was worth the wait. Service was professional, courteous, and efficient. A very positive experience. Again, I recommend Marvel.
