We had such a great experience with Trusted appliance care. We made an appointment on Friday before Easter weekend and a technician came out for a 6-8pm appointment to check out our broken refrigerator. Maksim the technician was so nice & very professional, he put on shoe covers before entering the house and even arrived a bit before 6pm. We will definitely use them again but hopefully we won’t need them. He did a diagnostic test and since it’s the compressor he going to check with LG to see if it’s covered under warranty since it’s only 8 years old. It was only $75 for him to come out and that would be applied to any repairs if we end up getting it fixed.

We had a clogged drain hose in our Thermador fridge which was causing water to leak in the interior of the refrigerator. I did a google search for Thermador repair companies in my area and called several. Maksim with Trusted Appliance Care reached out to follow up with me via text message. I was able to describe what I thought was wrong with our fridge and he quickly responded with his availability and upfront pricing. Maksim was able to quickly confirm my diagnosis and communicated clearly and honestly with me what would be needed to complete the repair and the total price. I agreed to the terms of the repair and Maksim worked to make the repair in a timely, clean and meticulous fashion! I am very pleased with all aspects of the service and will be using Trusted Appliance Repair for regular refrigerator maintenance and for any other emergency appliance repairs that might arise in the future. Excellent service!

I needed a major refurbishing of my 20 year old KitchenAid built-in refrigerator. Max and staff were right on top of what was needed, ordered all the parts, and did an excellent job. Refrigerator runs like new and saved me thousands of dollars compared to if I had had to buy a new one. Also, Max gave credit for his initial inspection and diagnosis on the final bill. All around excellent.
