Had a major clog in my main drain. Called Guaranteed on a Sunday night (non-emergency) and Gary arrived first thing the next morning. He unclogged my main drain then put a larger cutter on his snake to do a thorough clean out of the line. He was able to dislodge two major root balls from the sewer line. I won't name names but the last company that I called was here about a month ago didn't take the extra step to do actually help prevent a recurrence. Gary took the extra step and even told me how to prevent, or at least slow down, future root growth. I would definitely hire this company again. I highly recommend their service.

We have used Guaranteed Plumbing for years and they are the best. If you need assistance with Plumbing or Gas issues they are the place to go. Ryan in dispatch and Morgan in the Gas department are both top notch. As a property manager we rely on our vendors and these guys are 5 star.
