We inherited a house. Grateful of course, but holy smokes. So much work. The guys from First Class Comfort came in at the very beginning when I needed to create a budget. They were patient, answered all my questions and helped me through what ended up being around a 7 month project in a full house gut and rehab. I needed a full system for the house and the install happened in the beginning and did not get turned on till the end of my rehab. Jeremy followed up and was there when we were finally ready to get the system turned on. I appreciated the quality craftsmanship, knowledge and most importantly the professionalism. Well done guys. I recently had First Class Comfort HVAC out to replace my air conditioning system with top of the line equipment and great price and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with true professionalism and care.
Jeremy and Chad were the technicians who came to my home. These guys are absolute rock stars! They arrived right on time, were extremely polite, and took the time to thoroughly explain what they were doing and why. They didn’t just replaced it—they made sure my entire system was running at peak efficiency. Jeremy and Chad were very knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions, both of them worked quickly and meticulously without cutting any corners.
They were respectful of my home, cleaned up perfectly after themselves, and even gave me helpful maintenance tips to keep my HVAC system in top shape moving forward. Thanks to their expert work, my house is now perfectly comfortable again, and I have peace of mind knowing the job was done right the first time.

I called First Class Comfort because my AC stopped cooling. Jeremy came out to address my issue. He was on time, very knowledgeable. He explained the issue with my AC unit, he gave me a quote to fix it and after getting my approval he took care of the issue.
