I don’t even know where to start. Ive had Mr. Electric out to my house on 3 different occasions. Each time I got, Louie! He is hands down one of the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable servicemen that I’ve encountered. Each time he came out he was able to improve upon my ‘vision’ for my project.

They diagnosed the problem and discovered that the original smoke alarms (original from 1984) located high in the vaulted ceilings were NOT hard wired and were dead. They were NOT protecting us at all. They installed new code compliant smoke and CO2 detectors so we are safe now. We've been here for 25 years unprotected. Very quick response too!

Wow! Now I've used many electricians over the years but these guys are hands down the most professional I've ever dealt with. Mark and his crew were always on time or early and got the jobs done before the allocated times expected to my utter delight! Mark was extremely knowledgeable and more then thorough with his estimates making all options available with clear and concise explanations. These guys went above and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking electrical services with fair and competitive pricing and professionalism that is beyond reproach.

Great service, timing and problem solving was great

We called Gerhard Electric this morning to replace fluorescent light fixtures with LED fixtures. They came this afternoon and completed the job within an hour at a very reasonable cost.

We were facing an emergency on the eve of Tropical Storm Hilary. Our stove ignition was continuously sparking nonstop, and we feared a fire. If we turned off the breaker, we would have ended up with our fridge turned off. This would have made all our food go bad right before a potential environmental disaster that could have left us with food and water shortages. Our home warranty, American Home Shield, didn't consider this an emergency and refused to help us. So, we decided to reach out to Mr. Electric. The receptionist and the electrician we spoke to, Mark, were incredibly understanding and kind and very knowledgeable. Mark contacted us right away, less than an hour after we reached out to them. He helped us figure out how to turn off the electricity for the stove without turning off the electricity for the fridge, avoiding the dilemma we were facing, so that we could address the appliance as a non-emergency at a later date and still use all the appliances. He even did this for free, as a matter of service to the community! I have rarely faced such generosity in a situation like this. The people at Mr. Electric are first class and I highly recommend using their services!

I wish I could remember as soon as the electrician came he told me his name and introduced himself, but I have so much going on at my house as a redoing my kitchen right at this particular moment. He was very knowledgeable very polite and very, very helpful. He found the problem right away and had the issue fixed in no time I would very much refer your company to my friends
