I have worked with this supplier for a long time and have had no problems. All the common parts are always in stock. If I need something special, they deliver it within 1-2 days. The guys at the counter are always friendly and helpful.

Im a licensed contractor and came here looking for a flexible 8 inch pipe for some ductwork. They refused to sell me a duct. Since apparently they need a hvac technician to sell you a 8ft pipe. I have never gone to any supplier who refused to sell such a trivial part.
