Our repairman, Mcshane, provided excellent service. Because of his professionalism I will call Just Right Services if I need repairs in the future.

Excellent and am calling Just Right from now on for our AC. We were able to get a same day weekend appointment when our thermostat stopped working. Technician Zach was super nice, let us know when he was on the way, and was able to fix the issues to get our air back and working thank goodness! He was also good to our dog so that’s a bonus star.

Chris from Just Right Services arrived on time with a big smile, clean clothes and boot covers. He inspected our HVAC system in the attic. Fortunately, he assured us we did not need any repairs at this time. We used Just Right Services in our last house also with excellent service. They are now our go-to plumbers and air conditioning specialists from now on. I chose Justright Services because their Web site clearly lists all the items to be checked for the AC system cleaning service. They also had highest ratings with a very reasonable service charge. The appointment was also very easy to make on my own cell phone by myself. The service tech Anthony was very polite, nice and did an excellent job. He explained clearly the result of the maintenance work. I am very happy with this company.

I had some work done on my HVAC system today by Just Right Services. The technician, Chris, was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and very nice. I trust him completely with my HVAC system. I’ve used this company for 9 years. I highly recommend them.

The guys showed up on time finished the work in a little less than an hour. Shower doesn't leak anymore and my kitchen faucet is beautiful and works great.

Technician needed to come back to fix a small leak but did it with no problem and great attitude!

Chris does a great job with my furnace. Very polite, clean knowledgeable. Recommend highly!

They should change their name to “Better Than Just Right. I was totally happy with the services of Nick and Mitch, who came out to analyze my HVAC system and discuss recommendations for upgrade. They also did a great job of cleaning up one of my condensing unit coils.
Since I come from an engineering background, I know these people know what they’re talking about. They totally understand their business. Very impressed by their knowledge and honesty.

Tankless water maintenance and shower head repair were done so professionally and thoroughly. They know what they’re doing and are friendly and helpful with any questions you have. Thanks again!

We switched to Just Right Services from Service Champions because Service Champions was too shady with their techs and pricing. Glad we did. Much better service and best of all...No upselling like Service Champions. Bye Bye Service Champions, Hello Just Right Services!

Chris was very professional and clearly explained issues with our HVAC system. Nick, owner of company, called and reviewed everything with me. You don't typically see that level of attention.

McShane was so detailed and patient in explaining on the processes he used to find out where the leak is detected. Very personable and have great customer service. Punctual and very knowledgeable. Listened to all my questions and answered all with terms I can understand.

It's hard finding a professional service that not only does a great job but doesn't rip you off as well. McShane replaced our water heater. Not only was he professional, he did a fantastic job. Mitch and Jarad also were very professional and helpful. We decided to contract them to service our water heater, forced air unit, and AC every year. Really happy with Just Right Services. Update 6/23/2025. Zachary came to service our AC. Changed a part and working much better. Also gave us a lot of recommendations without any sales tactics. I love the honest workers they have at this company. We went with some of his recommendations and Zachary is coming back in a few days.

The AC drain was clogged, and I called Just Right Service. They sent a technician out in less than two hours. Brandon was extremely professional and resolved the problem effectively. He charged $432. I'm not sure if that's the right price, but I was satisfied with the work.
