True Home was great.

The tech was friendly and respectful. Put shoe covers on before entering. He gave me an orientation on my aging AC system and told me how to optimize its performance. Also invited me to join him as he worked on the system and explained what he was doing.

Great service. Great price.

I had my heater maintenance done by Jose today. He was knowledge and awesome. He found a problem with my drip pan and a replacement part is needed which he ordered. He will be back when it arrives in the warehouse. He was the best. True Home is fantastic.

Office experience: Office staff was friendly and fairly knowledgeable. There was a small miscommunication on what services I wanted completed during my visit. The set up in back office is using an app that caused minor technical delays during the appointment.

Technician: Tanner was my technician. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient with his time. He was patient with my list of my questions and proved to be a subject matter expert. Repair was done quickly and we validated the fix together.

Tanner provided clarity, and instilled confidence that I can rely on this company in the future. Thanks Tanner for practicing patience and sharing knowledge with a customer, providing excellent service!

Fantastic! Jake came out to assess our situation, and was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. We discussed all of my options and he sent me the quotes. There was no pressure, but he followed up to see if I had any questions. That was a nice touch. They also had a last minute schedule change and he called to see if I wanted to get the work done sooner. The crew that came out to my home was also very knowledgeable and professional. They put shoe covers on and were very cautious while bringing in their tools, so as to not damage anything. They cleaned up their mess and then walked me through the steps I need to do to maintain my unit. I interacted with 5 different employees, and ALL of them were top-notch. I highly recommend this company.

Had a tech come out today to replace our thermostats and do a maintenance on our system. They have me a 2 hour window which is very helpful!! I was then Notified a half a hour before they would be arriving. Tanner was my technician and was awesome. He put shoe covers on as to not get my carpet dirty. He was very clean and tidy with his work. He was very knowledgeable of my system and answered all my questions! Awesome job would highly recommend True Home. Thank you Tanner.

I am very satisfied with the services I receive from True Home HVAC. Jose Paz was my Heating/Air Conditioning Technician again as he has been at least 2 other times. He is knowledgeable, personable & used care to not track any outside dirt into my condo. I reported some cold air problems when using my heater earlier this year. Because I previously had signed up for the 2 year maintenance plan the repair was covered so he fixed it at no cost to me & explained the cause. I requested that he show me how to examine my air conditioning unit and what to do to avoid any future problems or damage to the unit. He made a recommendation for a breathable cover for the unit which I will look into. My satisfaction with his work & recommendations was the primary reason, I renewed my maintenance plan for another 2 years.

My home air conditioner broke down in May.
I was able to quickly make an appointment through the website and provide details about the issue in advance, so the repair process went smoothly.
CJ Mackie was very professional and carefully explained several repair options, and also informed me about the warranty coverage going forward.

Although I had the impression that air conditioner repairs are expensive, the cost was very reasonable.
I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

The main office always does a great job following up about service appointments. Our tech Emmanuel has serviced our home for the last 2 years and has become almost like family. He is very knowledgeable and always provides the best guidance on how to upkeep our unit. Thank you all!

Tony was very polite and knowledgeable. He provided an HVAC check up and some recommendations moving forward. He also recommended we contact the builder/installer as it appears the fresh air system has not been completely installed resulting in the operational abnormalities.
