We really appreciate the great work Electric Medics did to upgrade our electrical panel. Kristina and the onsite team went above and beyond to coordinate multiple vendors. Highest recommendation!

They are very good, however it did take 5 weeks for them to fit us in their schedule. But, they did a great job on our project, explained everything, and charged a fair price. They are friendly and professional.

Replaced our 45 year old service panel (100-->200A) and added a dedicated circuit for car charging. Everything went smoothly. Communication was great--we always knew what day and when people were coming, including inspectors, SCE, etc. Super great that they also did the stucco work after installing the panel box. We had extra exterior paint and was able to paint the area and it looks so professional. Jake came back and took care of a few minor "nuisance" issues (light socket on BBQ island, a couple of low voltage lighting issues) which was great.

Electric Medics personnel were very professional, communicative, and quick with the panel replacement on our 1970's house. They did an excellent job of explaining the procedure and timeline for the replacement. They were quick to respond to my emails and answering my questions about potential weather delays. They showed up on time and with enough people to complete the job quickly. They even reworked some questionable wiring on an AC system.
I would highly recommend Electric Medics for your electrical work needs.

I called late in the day when I was having some lighting issues, Mike was able to schedule an appointment to accommodate me the very next day. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was causing the issues...it was reassuring to have this information. He was professional, trustworthy and I found the costs to be fair and reasonable for the quality of service I received. He provided great communication about his arrival and a super easy bill to pay, with a complete breakdown of the charges. I highly recommend Mike at Electric Medics!

Was very pleased with everyone at Electric Medics. Kristina kept me informed through the whole project. Jake did a fantastic job replacing and upgrading the electrical panel and went over and above making sure everything was neat and organized on panel wall. After another company left us hanging on an electric panel upgrade project for 5 months, I called Electric Medics and talked to Mike. He was able to work with me to get us a quote and Kristina got us set up with an appointment right away and maintained open communication about the progress. My experience with two electric companies was night and day. Our new panel is great and will allow us to finally move on to the next project. It really does matter who you choose to work with. There are some companies that are a pleasure to work with, some companies that do a great job, and some companies that go way above-and-beyond to help their customers (especially when things are complicated or difficult). Electric Medics is all of the above. When a delivery truck damaged our power line and practically destroyed our breaker panel, the folks at Electric Medics worked with the city to conduct emergency repairs, finalize permits and inspections, and ensure that my family had uninterrupted power to our home (instead of a lengthy shut down by the electric company due to unsafe conditions). Fair pricing, quality work, great communications. Highly recommended.

I had my electrical box replaced and Damien and his crew were very professional, courteous, neat, and finished the job in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them! My wife and and I hired electric medics after careful consideration and they did not disappoint. I contacted Electric Medics on 6/30. Mike, the owner came to take the measurements on the same day. He was very nice and friendly. I received a quote for installing 6 recess lights but he suggested 4 because the room wasn’t that big. He is honest and I liked the way he does business. Two technicians came back next day to install the lights and did a great job. They were also friendly and polite. We are very happy with the new lights.
We will definitely use them for our future projects.

Highly recommend! We had issues with our panel and breakers, and needed repairs that were not covered by our home warranty. Called a couple companies and were quoted almost double. Electric Medics gave us a detailed and reasonable quote. Their tech, Jacob, as super professional, knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. He took the time to explain everything in great detail and gladly answered all our questions/concerns. Work date was set, and communication with us was excellent throughout. Absolutely a trustworthy company, and will be using and recommending them again in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike and his team at an Apartment complex that I manage. We were upgrading all electrical panels in our building totaling to over 100 panels. Electric Medics is by far the easiest vendor I have ever had to deal with, and I have dealt with a lot.
