We have an old A/C and the motor broke. Andrew and his colleague showed up on time and were able to get the parts from a vendor on the same day and fixed the problem.

Very knowledgeable technician. He knew the fundamentals. Price is a little on the hi side and my request for some discount since I am on fixed income was not accepted.
