Best plumber in the area

Fast, upfront n solved the problem.

They were very professional and responded to our inquiry quickly. We had called other plumbers up here in Crestline and they never called us back. Checked to make sure we didn't have any other problems. Happy with the service.

I am writing this email because the last 1 star review does not in any way shape or form depict the excellent service that I have received from O'Brien Plumbing. I have worked primarily with Tyson but others on staff have occasionally serviced my home in Lake Arrowhead. I trust them emphatically and they have a proven track record with me with my last remodel. I am about to close escrow on a new property and I will be working with them once again. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They came highly recommended by my trusted contractor and I feel fortunate to have found such a reliable and reasonable priced plumbing company.

O'Brien Plumbing to the rescue again. My water heater died and they installed a new one the next day. Great service, highly recommend this family run business. This is the second time they responded quickly and efficiently to an emergency plumbing issue.

I called them due to toilet flooded issue, they tried to drain the pipe from one toilet and not successful. (initial charge $795 for inspection and weekend service fee)...then, they said have to dig a hole from outside to replace a pipe section that was stuck with tree...$4500 was charged. Then was told, another section of pipe has something stuck when they use machine to view, say will be more expensive..so I told them to stop the work. Called another plumber from San Bernardino. Replace another section of drain pipe for $2800!!!!
O’Brien plumbing did say they don't know the cost until they found out what is going on!!!! So be aware and cautious for those won't disclosure their fee when you ask upfront. Lesson learned!!

Absolutely the most frustrated angry bitter and disappointingly rude woman answers the phone gives you the run-around even after you are return client with 4 homes on the mountain to do business with . she would rather blow off your business then actually speak civilly.

I used these guys years ago, and they were great. This time, they sent out two young men. They told me that their snake wouldn't fit down a two inch clear out pipe. I didn't feel like arguing, letting them know that the previous time they had been out, that was exactly what they did, and for $100 less than what they quoted me.

Next they proceed to tell me that they need to pull off the toilet, to get to the clog from there, looking under the house to confirm it. Then quoting me two, and a half times more money to do it than the clean out.

I pulled off the toilet today, and the pipe goes the opposite direction from where the clog is, but I ran a 25' snake just to see. Clear as a whistle.
I ran the 25' snake down the clean out pipe, and was able to get a bunch of hair, but I need a longer snake to get at it.

Sad to leave this review, seeing how nice the first fellow was, but things change. This time for the worst.
