Absolutely love direct AC! Have used them for all of my AC/heating needs from installing a new AC unit, redoing my ducting, servicing my units, etc and they are by far the best company I’ve used so far! Had a new guy this time, Arie! He was awesome!! He’s super professional, knowledgeable, patient, explains everything to my understanding and is overall fantastic! If you’re in need of an AC company, this is it!!!!

AC not working and I wasn’t super satisfied with the previous company I had been using so I looked online, read reviews, went to websites and called DirectAC in Lake Elsinore. Ashley was knowledgeable about AC problems and got me scheduled for the next day. Arie came out and couldn’t have been more personable and thorough. He diagnosed my issue and gave me many options for repair or replacement. I decided on a repair this time but I feel confident that when I need AC help again I will call DirectAC and get prompt, honest service. Call them - highly recommend!

Absolutely great service!!!! Kurt was friendly, and was absolutely professional and informative. He fixed our problem and was very efficient.

Once again DirectAC did a fantastic job! Arie came out for a scheduled maintenance and thoroughly cleaned and tested condenser and furnace to make sure the equipment was ready for the heat. Direct has been nothing but exceptional in their installation and service. Thanks Jason!

If you ever need air conditioning company, I highly recommend Direct AC. Our system went down last night and it was repaired and completed this morning. Jason is amazing and will go out of his way to make all his customers satisfied Charlie yonko was our technician and he is amazing. Best company ever! Not only were they able to come out an hour after I called on the same day during the 107 heat wave but their technician Van was awesome! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and explained to me what things were and how they operate. I can say as a first time home owner I feel a lot more confident with the understanding of my AC unit. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. And a huge thank you again to Van, I truly appreciate your time, patients, and willingness to explain what you are doing and why you are doing it. I will definitely be recommending this company!

I am late in writing this but I had to say what amazing work Direct AC did for us. We were looking to install a central AC in our house to help fight with the heat waves and scheduled a few evaluations for quotes. Van came out and helped run through things with what the install would consist of. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. After looking at our options and reviewing another quote we decided to move forward with Direct AC. They were very flexible with scheduling, very responsive, a great price and value, timely and fast! They had it pretty much installed in one day (during a heat wave)! They worked hard and did a great job. Chris, Jason and Van rocked! They got the heat pump, furnace and new ducts all installed and working for us to enjoy cool temps in our house. We have been so comfortable ever since (installed in June). They were respectful of our house and very clean. They listened to our questions and answered all our concerns. You are in very good hands with these guys! Totally recommend them for any HVAC work. Update* Arie has come out a couple times now for our regularly scheduled maintenance and has done a wonderful job. Very polite and courteous. He does a fabulous job keeping our system running smoothly all year long.

I had issues with my heater not functioning correctly so I gave DirectAC a call. I spoke to Ashley who handled setting up my service. She provided great customer service, turn around on the quote and having the work executed. She had a technician on site, the tech had the issue figured out, and a quote for the work all on the same day. My repairs were completed the following day. I highly recommend!

Jeremy Gamble was amazing, he came was very considerate of our event and took the time to figure out the problem and fix it with minimal mess. The two previous techs simply changed the filter and didn't take the time to do a proper job. I highly recommend Jeremy, thank you so much for keeping it cool.

Jeremy and Arie came out to look at our duct work. They were both friendly, very professional and answered all of our questions. Ashley also has been very helpful, patient and friendly in answering our questions and scheduling all of our services.

Arie Reachard was my tech.This was the first time using this company. Arie educated me as he went through the process. I appreciated the information that he shared!, He was thorough and had excellent customer service! Direct AC is my new provider.

Direct AC and Ashley in particular have helped us at multiple properties with several issues. Ashley was easy to work with and went above and beyond to help us out with everything we needed while we were deployed overseas. They were also able to offer financing which was a lifesaver in our financial situation. They also quoted fair prices and worked quickly. Will absolutely recommend them and use them again.

Great customer service with Arie and Jeremy. Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Artie took the time to answer and explain the process and how they were redistributing the AC to problem room in my house. Highly recommend the team.

Jeremy was the assigned technician who came today due our annual service. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He provided a very thorough analysis of the oldies that will need our attention. He is a great asset to your company.

Arie and Jeremy came out and did a fantastic job. Direct AC always satisfies. They got out here with basically zero turnaround time and got the job done quickly and cleanly.

I cannot say enough good things about Direct AC. From the start they were awesome and willing to work with us on the price as we were originally in talks with one of their competitors.

When we decided to work with Direct AC, they were quick about getting a team out here, and when I say team, I mean a team. We had 4 amazing guys working on replacing our unit and all the ducting and bringing us up to date, as our unit was from the 80’s.

Arie, Van, Robert, and Jeremey were rockstars! They arrived on time every day, and worked over a 3 day period quickly and efficiently. Every day they cleaned up after themselves and were some of the kindest most respectful contractors we’ve had the pleasure of working with so far.

Once the unit was in they explained everything thoroughly and made sure we had no questions before they considered the project complete.

This is a great company and their staff is fantastic! I would highly recommend working with these guys for your heating and cooling needs!
