Tyler and his team were great.He took the time to explain what was being replaced and why. I had a lot of other companies try to oversell me , but not Hitech.

Wish there were 10 stars I could check off! It just doesn't get any better! What a phenomenal Company. Not one chink in their armor. From initial contact to completion of the project. #1, Kari in the office, besides being very pleasant, knowledgeable, informative, concise and thorough, is also one of those people with the charisma over the phone that inspires relaxation and instills a customers confidence in the Company. A+ Customer Service. #2 Jen another very pleasant professional lady arrived punctually at my home measured, surveyed, formatted the work to be done, priced out a great estimate, starting and completion date even altering a payment schedule and a better rate then I expected. As the owner she also cut me a price break even with the knowledge extras to the initial scope of the project were added and performed by her excellent work technicians. A+, #3 The crew. What an amazing group of matter of fact, courteous, no nonsense young men. Ricky(appeared to be the project leader) was out front of my home 30 to 40 minuets before the job was to start. As his crew arrived on scheduled time he laid out the tasks at hand and they went to work without a wasted move or step working neatly, cautiously, with purpose and pride in their work. Something I thought had been lost over the years but was pleased to see it. Sam part of the crew would actually take pictures to show me the work up in my attic I couldn't physically see. Exquisite job. Can not praise this outfit enough. They are definitely my go to people from now on. You may find some un insured, unlicensed fly by night company that may be a little cheaper but just remember"You get what you pay for". Personally I LIKE TO PURCHASE MY OATS BEFORE THE HORSE EATS THEM.

Dock was awesome. He was friendly, conscientious about taking safety precautions with gloves, mask, shoe coverings etc. He was efficient in getting my Nest thermostat installed, in and out in 45 minutes including teaching me how to use it.

I required replacement of a rooftop turbine vent. The technician providing my estimate arrived on time and thoroughly explained the job to be done. Within days, the work was performed. I no longer hear awful noises from above and, from my vantage point, my two-year-old roof seems unmarred. I would recommend Hi-Tech Air Conditioning, Inc.

I received a text to notify me the technician was enroute to my house, with his photo. Hadeer showed up on time, wearing gloves, mask, and booties. He was friendly, professional, and found the problem with my A/C right away. It was just a loose connection, which he tightened, I paid the fee for the service call and my house is nice and cool again. I would call this company back in the future.

Highly recommend HiTech Air for HVAC systems. We had minimal air cooling in our bedrooms with our old HVAC. After meeting with several companies, we selected the solution that HiTech Air proposed for a replacement system. Pepe, Steve and Hadeer courteously and professionally replaced our HVAC and ducting with a new 2 stage Carrier system. We are very happy with their efforts and the new system. They arrived promptly as promised during the 2 day installation. They worked efficiently to replace our outdoor compressor with a larger unit and installed new tubing. They climbed up into our attic to replace the existing underperforming furnace, heat exchanger and ductwork and installed the new components. In the process they also added an additional vent and intake, replaced old thermostats and replaced all of the vents throughout our home. Once installed, Hadeer showed us how to use the new thermostat and adjusted the air flows to our liking. The installation was completed by the end of the second day with a cleanup and vacuuming of the work area.

Absolutely amazing! The air tech guy was super friendly and honest and the ladies in the office were also very friendly and made the whole process super simple! Would definitely recommend! And my AC works amazing now.

Casper was super fast, efficient and professional... 5 STARS for Hi-Tech! Pricing was excellent as well. If you need repair work, these are the people to call!

Another great visit from Hi-Tech's team of professionals. Hadeer led a fantastic team to replace our aged heat pump system with new units. The team was on time, always professional, and took great care to ensure the system was cleanly installed and operating properly. Hadeer answered all of our questions and ensured the work sites were very clean when the system was turned over to us.

Casper was on time, professional, friendly, respectful, and restored our A/C system within an hour. He was informative and answered all of our questions. Casper identified a failed component which he was able to replace with a new part off the truck.

I called Hi-Tech Air Conditioning Inc on Tuesday and they came out on Thursday! I received a confirmation the day before and they got a text with technicians picture and name. His name was Dock Weatherbie and he was extremely professional and diagnosed the issue in minutes. Fixed everything and was done in 45 minutes! I manage rentals downtown San Diego and I will be using Hi-Tech Air Conditioning Inc. Thank you Dock!

Service was prompt! They texted me a pic of the Tech. He was a super nice guy and fixed my problem quickly! Very professional! When I called the operator was also great. Fantastic customer service. Thanks!

I could not believe how fast Dock found the issue. He repaired it we paid him and he was on his way less then an hour. We have cool air once again. We will sleep very well tonight. Thank you Dock and Hi Tech.

Casper from Hi-Tech was fast, friendly and professional. Came on short notice during the busy season. He was even attacked by an angry seagull and laughed at all my jokes. Not sure which was more unpleasant, but he was a real trooper. I'll be needing a full replacement next year and I'll be contacting Hi-Tech again. Thanks!

My husband and I just had Hi-Tech come out yesterday to install new heating and AC in our home. The technicians that came were very friendly and efficient even while dealing with my 1 year old puppy who was very curious about what they were doing. Left our home just ast clean as when they showed up. Everything is working fabulously and I would recommend this business to everyone.

Dock quickly assessed and fixed the problem with our AC unit. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and capable. The unit was fixed in a timely manner. We highly recommend his services! Thank you so much Dock!

Despite it being a frustrating experience with a local vendor, Kari doggedly tracked down the parts necessary to fix my unit. While the vendor dithered and navel-gazed, she was finally able to lay her hands on them for me. The techs who've been to my house, Jeff and Roy, are courteous and diligent. I would highly recommend Hi-Tech. I don't know the other techs but I'll request either Jeff or Roy in the future for sure!

Shaun Sullivan was great; very knowledgeable, service oriented, professional and prompt. He worked on roof AC unit in the heat wave and was thorough to every detail.
