Trustworthy, knowledgeable, responsive, and fairly priced. Western Mechanical HVAC is a great company to work with.

Showed up on time, good service, fair pricing. Admittedly this company is the one recommended by my condo association, but I can see why.

In the middle of a heat wave, I called several contractors, all said it would be at least four days before they could come out.

Bill Howe's rep was curt and unfriendly quoting overtime rates if they came on Sunday. When I said thanks anyway, she basically hung up on me. (Their rates are astronomical).

I called Julie at Western Mechanical, she was friendly, businesslike, and found a way to get the tech out today. Dino was fantastic - explained everything, and was so accommodating.

Kudos to Western Mechanical.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Years ago after some interior construction that I had done, another company said they had made a mistake with the HVAC and it would cost thousands to fix. My contractor called this company. Came out, found the problem....cost to me....zero. Ya have to call them!

Great service and communication. Technicians arrived on time and very courteous. They got straight to work and were in and out in less than an hour.

I've used this Co. twice now in the last ten years and they have been fantastic. I use to work in the industry many years ago and it was nice to see them diagnose and fix my A/C problems so quickly and efficiently. And it was very much appreciated that they were able to schedule me in for the next morning since my unit went down during a nasty hot spell ! I'll be using them again !

Great service. Honest technician. Great owner. HVAC company's can be like used car salesman. You can have the large company's give you a free quote but they have a bottom line what they want to charge. Stay clear, even as an electrical co tractor, I feel this trade has lots of very bad practices. This company is the exception. They will do what's right and charge fairly for their time. If I was your friend, don't call another company. I had two come by which had exceptional reviews and large but as a contractor I see past the fluff. This companybwill treat you and charge you like family and not like most of the hvac company's that pretentd to be so friendly and honest.
