Tom is an awesome home inspector. He is very thorough and knowledgeable which I highly needed for the purchase of my first home. Also, I added the sewer inspection which I was able to view on video during the inspection. No need to look to anywhere else.

I called and Tom Harding answered all my questions immediately. I was able to conveniently schedule a next-day appointment which he attended, on time, with my agent. I received the separate sewer inspection report I requested that evening. I watched the video to find Tom has used his camera to displace some loose grease and debris, flushing the toilet to send the gunk off to the city line. I received the compete inspection the next morning. It was very extensive and included relevant photos. Tom made himself available for timely answer to follow-up questions and was flexible with his payment services when I couldn't get my Zelle account to work through my bank. I couldn't be happier with his service, punctuality and promptness. If I ever buy another AV home, I'll schedule with his company.

Tom is Awsome! He was very detailed in his evaluation of the entire home premises. Everything was explained throughly as we did a walk through on the property. Nothing was over locked, I was amazed at the findings that I would have normally over looked. Such as the hidden basement!😂 I high recommended Tom services. You will not be disappointed. A++++
