Great customer service, knowledgeable, and was able to recommend the best thermostat for our home.

Jeremee was a great tech. Went over everything with me.

We also had a new HVAC system installed by Danny and his team. They all did a great job working in a very confined space.

The HVAC technician was very knowledgeable and straightforward with me when I interacted with him. He quickly diagnoses my issue after about 5-10 minutes of troubleshooting the system.

From start to finish I knew I was in good hands with this wonderful team from Affordable Air. Beginning with Jeremee who explained the process. He's a good listener. Next came the techs: Luis, George and Oscar who worked diligently to install the HVAC system. Another one of their tech came by named John the next day as I had some questions regarding the A/C system. And then Sean came by the following week to complete the job (commissioning). Let me add here also that everyone of their office help was courteous and had good customer service. Let me say thank you to Tammy and Abby particularly. Finally, thank you all for providing such excellent service. I hope much success to all of you! GOD bless you all!!

Jeramee, what can I say? Affordable Air is lucky to have an asset like Jaramee. There is no other HVAC Company in the AV that I would feel comfortable providing my family with the HVAC service. When honesty, reliability, timely, quality, and customer service are the boxes you need checked? Affordable Air is the only choice. Thanks, Jaramee, for making a scary stressful appointment easy going.

First, Kenny arrived an hour early which was a god send since i have 2 babies in my house! (his secretary called before he came to make sure it was ok with me for him to come early)… and second, he was able to pretty much diagnose the problem as we walked to my back yard just by me describing the symptoms. Once he diagnosed the actual unit, it turned out that he was right on the money with his pre-diagnosis. He was in and out of my house in under an hour. He not only took care of my problem, but explained and showed me the issue before repair and then cleaned my unit after the repair. AC blowing colder than ever! Will DEFINITELY be a returning customer and will be referring him and this company to friends and family! Thank you Kenny/ Affordable Air!!!

Was nothing but a pure success to have technician John in my home to address my concerns with my new furnace. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, confident he is an incredibly kind and personable Employee. Affordable air needs to hang on tight to this one.!!

Affordable Air installed my Daikin split system about 4 years ago and I love it. So much so, I had them come back and install an another unit on a detached building on my property. Reliable, considerate, responsive, knowledgeable, easy to work with. Can't recommend them strongly enough.

We've utilized Affordable Air a couple times now as the house aged and things needed replacing and fixed. The team of people have been very helpful and professional. We really appreciate Gabriel and the fact that they assign him as our trusted person is deeply appreciated. My elderly mom is bedbound and to have strangers in her home is upsetting to her. So having that familiar face makes getting much needed repairs done less stressful for her.

Kenny from Affordable Air has been routinely coming out twice a year makong sure the hvac system works great. He is the perfect repair/sevice man. He explains everything and has been excellent in trouble shooting the few occasional issues. Highly recommend Affordable Air and Kenny

We had a problem on a Sunday, and they dispatched a technician within 2 hours, with no extra charges! They're super friendly and knowledgeable, we're happy we found them. *Edit to add: the company tech Jeremee was able to come out several hours earlier than they scheduled and installed the new motor within minutes, and I'm already shivering! I am unable to regulate my temperature due to medical issues, so I'm so happy I didn't have to wait too long and end up at the ER. Thanks again to the whole crew!

John T. was extremely gracious & patient when he tended to the bi-annual maintenance of our AC system. He truly went out of his way to communicate how better to take care of the filter system as well. We look forward to working with John in the future!

We made our annual service call request and received an appointment almost immediately. Both units were serviced and the technician gave us an overview of the status. No pressure just a recommendation regarding replacement. Our home is coming up on 20 years, of course the units are outdated and required service more often. We decided to replace the units. We were contacted by the office staff and they informed us of the process which was a two day installment. The technicians arrived on day one and began placing tarps in the house to protect our floors. Each member of the installation team was courteous, friendly and very respectful. The downstairs unit was completed at the end of day one. Day two, the team arrived on time and picked up where they left off by putting the tarps down to protect the floors. We would absolutely recommend them! Thank you, Danny, Jorge, Angel, Alfonzo and Brian for a job well done. If I could give ten stars it would be my pleasure, again thank you all including the office staff for a seamless installation .

John or Sean have come out to my place three times. They have always been on time or early, always been extremely professional, gets the job done efficiently, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly and the company as well. I’ve owned many homes. I’ve had many experiences with HVAC companies and not one has served me with the excellence of Affordable air! I highly recommend them!

Affordable Air and John are fantastic. John was present at my install and and scheduled maintenance appointment.

Professional, pleasant, friendly technicians who are efficient and knowledgeable. Affordable Air replaced my old combination A/C and furnace unit over 10 years ago and I have had zero problems with the unit since then. Also had all the interior ducting throughout the house replaced this year and WOW what a difference that has made to overall efficiency. I am pleased with the level of service and reliability.

Gabriel is always so professional and very nice. He's been servicing my a.c./heater for years and does a great job every time. He takes the time to explain what he is doing which is greatly appreciated.

Technician was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was very respectful of our home while working. He gave detailed explanations and recommendations.

l have took my time thinking about what I wanted to write in my review considering Affordable Air. In August we had new air conditioner unit, duck work, additional air intake and vent’s done. The crew: polite, friendly and respectful. I wish I could remember every single person name who did the work. Danny the lead installer took his time explaining things to us which we deeply appreciated. Rick who has a “Buddy Holly” vibe followed through on everything we discussed prior to the job. And let me say we all know things always don’t go as plan but it’s “rare” when you find a company who keeps to their word and wants you as a happy customer. To the owner of Affordable Air, we are probably not your average customer lol but thank you for making the whole experience a positive one. The unit is going strong and we love the flow of air we feel, we feel it in rooms that had no movement of air before. Will we do business with you again, YES! Would we recommend you to others, YES! Please don’t stop making customers happy going that extra mile! And please continue to make exceptions for people who full time with limited availability! Thank you!

John T. From Affordable Air does a great job! He provided a lot of great information on our system, walking us through all the numbers. He was prompt, efficient and very thorough. The filter prices from his company are very reasonable and convenient since my system requires 5 filters.

Called about my ac not blowing cold air they had a tech out in 30 mins. Kenny arrived and knew rt away what the issue was by ear. Showed me the issue with my compressor then replaced it with a quickness. He really made the whole process painless. I appreciate the great work and amazing customer service.
