Mario is AWESOME! I bought a house and needed help with an algae problem. Mario came over and got right to work and cleared it up in 3 days. In addition he showed me other issues with my equipment I would have otherwise never have noticed, and he fixed them for me. He got me set up and gave me all the info I need to keep my pool balanced and clean. Super professional, super knowledgeable, super nice - Super Mario!

Professional! On time. Came to my rescue last minute. Cleaned pool and spa balanced chemicals and scrubbed the bit of algae we had going on! Very knowledgeable as well.

The man was rude when I called their number for help.

Made an appt with him.. he was rude on the phone, told me he would be here Saturday.. never showed up and never answered his phone when I tried to call.

I chose Super Mario's Pool and Spa to replace my Pump. Before My pump went out my pool was in tip top shape. Pablo came and replaced my pump. He did not reconnect my pump to the wall panel. He did not try to explain or express that I now have to manually put everything in at the pump itself. Here I was for weeks using a panel that was not even connected wondering why nothing is working.

He left a huge torn to pieces box that he pump came in in my yard, when he could've have easily disposed of it in my recycle bins.

I called Pablo back because there was now a leak coming from one of the pipes/hoses when the water flows through. I asked him could he come back and if he would let me know when he was coming so that I could be present and he could show me how to turn everything on. He said he was coming the next morning at 8. It has been almost 3 months I have yet to hear from him.

I asked him if he even ran the new pump to make sure everything was working correctly he said he did not. Long story short. This tech did nothing but swapped out the old pump for the new one. My pool has not been the same since he left. I expected him to at least make sure I was up and running in the same capacity that I was before my pump went out.

I regret hiring this company and would never recommend them to anyone! I am very dissatisfied with the out come of Pablo's service
