Rosco's Formally known as just Drains, Came out to unclog a Main sewage Drain, at my mothers house in Tracy. Fast service Correct the problem. Will Definitely Recommend . price was very Fair.

I had an awesome experience with this company. They quoted me over the phone lower than the other companies I called and did extra work that was not quoted. Can't go wrong with them!
Also, over the years I have had to call a plumber a few times. Each time they come out, the friendly service and excellent work is a "Wow" each time. I highly recommend them.

Just Drains is a joke. The landlord sent them to my business to clear some toilets yesterday, still no resolution. Called the business number and a lady on a cell phone picked up and handed the phone over to Jeff, the owner.

I expressed to him my dissatisfaction for the lack of communication and service that him and his team did yesterday. He ended up hanging up on me when he wasn't happy with what I said.

There was no communication to me, my staff on the diagnostic outcome; they just did the best they can do to waste my time and I still have the problem. They removed two toilets to snake the problem because they couldn't find the outside clean-out. Not only that, they left a mess and sewage on my tile floors. They didn't even bother to clean up after themselves. My staff hand no idea that their team left our business. They were like ninjas.

After much research, turns out the guy isn't even licensed. SMDH. How do you do business without a license.

Use a real plumber.
