Alex does an amazing job , he is my go to HVAC guy.

Alex was responsive. Took the time to hear out what I had going on and informed how he would handle it prior to coming out which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

I was out of country. My wife called him in. Repair didn't last at all. $650. Said we needed a new condensation pump, which was fairly new. $450 replacement. I demanded the old one left. I opened the old one. Dirty. I cleaned it. 5minutes. Noticed switch was moved out of place. Can only happen if someone moved it. Pushed it back in place. Worked fine. So by these mistakes and complete rip off. He lost $14,000 on us buying a new system from someone else.
