General Wholesale has a convenient location and great service. Catering primarily to contractors, they will also help you out if you are a homeowner. Their prices are not always the lowest on everything, but their expertise and prices on certain items make it all even in the end. I recommend them to other contractors or homeowners with large DIY projects. They have unique LED lighting solutions usually in stock.

Attentive front desk counter. It carries most of electrical supplies and tools.

The sales person, Tony, is rude and impatient. I was asking for 30 ft of 18 gauge wire, he cut 14 gauge wire for me. when I tried to talk to another sales person to ask if he can be returned later the day, Tony was busy with the other customer at that time, turned around and yelled at me:” the cut wires cannot be returned ! you should listen!” he wasted my time to go back to buy another 18 gauge wire from another sales person , and he yelled at me just because of his own mistake by introducing me with the 14 gauge wire when I was asking at the very beginning for 18 gauge. I kept the 14 gauge wire and didn’t return it. What a sad experience!
